“Upstairs” confirms about Turmeric

“Upstairs” (as we often put it) gave me a simple confirmation about Turmeric when I went get the turmeric out to sprinkle on some food.

‘Twas indeed a little miracle for me. The day before, I read one of those email ‘forwards’ all about Turmeric and how (among other things) it can cure psoriasis. So I took our turmeric out of the cupboard to sprinkle some on food.

The email message began,

(NaturalNews) Turmeric has been used for over two thousand years in India as a food and medicine – called Holy Powder. Ayurvedic medicine has used turmeric to treat many conditions, including wound healing and infections. Chinese medicine uses turmeric as an anti-depressant. The active ingredient in turmeric is called curcumin. Modern research has shown curcumin to have antibiotic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant benefits.

As I began to gather turmeric for sprinking I could feel lumps in the tumeric powder. So I uncovered (to my surprise) 9 capsules of turmeric. The message is to take one a day (that is why the photo only shows 8 capsules)

I know it works on the liver, which is considered to be a problem with psoriatic sufferers.

Research conducted at the University of Michigan has now shown that the curcumin in turmeric helps regulate cells by inserting itself into the cell membranes. This is what causes the cells to become less susceptible to infection and even to cancer. This research counters the previous assumption that curcumin acted by interacting with the proteins in the cell membrane, but the new research has shown that the cell membrane is changed by the presence of the curcumin in turmeric.

The research, conducted by Ayyalusamy Ramamoorthy, was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society in March 2009. Ramamoorthy was fed milk with added turmeric when he was sick during his childhood and used this history to inspire his research.

Ramamoorthy is a chemist and biophysicists, not a nutritionist, and his lab utilizes solid state NMR spectroscopy to look at the atoms and membranes of various proteins and compounds. This study shows the benefits of interdisciplinary approach to science when chemists can add to the knowledge of food. Much work is upcoming in this growing field of Food Science. Ramamoorthy’s group at the University of Michigan is conducting further research with turmeric and curcumin. They are collaborating with members of the Life Science Institute to search for compounds to treat infections and disease.

Turmeric is a common ingredient in Indian curries. It is a yellow-colored powder that is also used as a dye. Other research has shown turmeric’s benefits in reducing the spread of breast cancer in mice, detoxifying the liver, preventing the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, and preventing numerous forms of cancers and childhood leukemia. It has been shown to stimulate the growth of blood vessels, heal skin inflammation such as psoriasis, stimulate fat metabolism, and act as a painkiller. Turmeric has shown results in treating pancreatic cancer as well as arthritis.

Turmeric is available in the spice aisle of most grocery stores and is also sold as a tablet in health food stores. The usual dosage is between 250 and 500 mg. Because it stimulates the uterus, it is not recommended for pregnant women. It is also not advised for those with gall bladder disease or gallstones. Ancient Dinosaurs, Asteroids and Kata Tjuta

Ancient extinction event

Scientist have recently concluded that dinosaur gases may have warmed the Earth. Alcheringa confirms this and gives information about the comets that impacted the Earth 65 million years ago.

Researchers have recently calculated and discerned that giant dinosaurs could have warmed the planet with their gases. Scientists have calculated the methane output of sauropods, including the species known as Brontosaurus.

By scaling up the digestive wind of cows, they estimate that the total population of dinosaurs, produced 520 million tonnes of gas annually.

This suggests the gas could have been a key factor in the warm climate 150 million years ago. You can read more here, and on BBC Nature.

This is what Alcheringa had advised me while sitting with the Australian Indigenous Sacred Stone from the stars – known as an Alcheringa Stone. This was in 1994. This was the same time astronomers observed comet Schoemaker-Levy 9 break up into pieces and slam into Jupiter.

Shoemaker called it Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 because they were observing the 9 parts of the comet on their way to hit Jupiter and were eagerly observing their journey towards the planet Jupiter. I saw the Astronomers on TV excitedly view the comet crashing into Jupiter as they watched. “They called it a string of Pearls”

It happened in 1994. This was the same year we were given the information about Uluru being an Comet. I felt it was a replay on Jupiter that had happened on Earth.

I began writing the diary “The Book of Love” sitting with the sacred Alcheringa stone on 22nd August, 1994. (I had no idea at the time of how things would unfold)

They say there are cycles within cycles.

A Dinosaur Problem: lack of oxygen

Alcheringa had advised that the Dinosaurs had become so large and so dangerous that a reluctant decision for their destruction was made by the Hierarchy of the Star Worlds.

That the huge herbivores were eating all the grasses and leafy green leaves from the trees, therefore killing the trees and that it was destroying the earth’s atmosphere – for carbon dioxide could no longer be converted to oxygen.

Coupled with that the huge dangerous killer Dinosaurs were fighting with each other and killing one another. The bodies were so large it took far too long for the bodies to disintegrate back into the Eearth. The odour of decaying and disintegrating herbivore bodies was horrific and the earth’s atmosphere was being deprived of life giving oxygen.

With the decision that the Dinosaurs had to be destroyed a huge Asteroid was engineered and brought onto our earth by the starpeople. It broke into nine pieces but the main body of the Asteroid landed in the centre of the land now known as Australia.

This rock (or inselberg) is known as Uluru. Three years ago,I was called upon by Alcheringa to sit at my computer and he would prompt me with questions to research on Google and write an article about finding the giant Impact Crater that was caused as the Asteroid came into and landed in the ancient Eromanga Sea that had existed in the centre of Australia.

In the night, only a week ago, and just before I saw the headlines of the scientific study that Dinosaur Gas May have warmed the earth, I was prompted by Alcheringa to write a little more about the connection to Kata Tjuta and Uluru.

Alcheringa has already advised us that the Asteroid plus nine parts of it had spread around the world and that the main part was Uluru (or Ayers Rock) in Australia. As it landed in the shallow Eromanga Sea it pushed the sea bed ahead that formed into very high mountainous mounds we now call Kata Tjuta (or The Olgas).

of how the earth reacted when an asteroid hit the earth at a time between 10,000 to 14,000 years ago, you can easily understand how it must have been and even worse when the Dinosaurs were destroyed, 65 million years ago on Earth.

Scientists do not agree that Uluru is an asteroid. (Its mass extends six kilometres beneath it.) Uluru is described as Arkose rich in Feldspar. It has been shown that asteroids do have feldspar present.

Kata Tjuta is conglomerate rock looking very much like an ancient sea bed.

Scientists describe Uluru as tilted to 85 degree angle and Kata Tjuta has tilted some 20 degrees.

Much of Uluru and Kata Tjuta is hidden by silt and sand and that they are really massive from what you can see above the ground.

Scientists say that Uluru and Kata Tjuta are part of the same left overs of a huge sediment base that has formed hundreds of millions of years ago. And yet Kata Tjuta is conglomerate rock looking like an ancient sea bed and still breaks up. Uluru is arkose sandstone rich in feldspar and is naturally grey in colour.

The whole of the centre of Australia, called the ‘Red Centre’ is covered in red iron oxide earth clay, which St. Germain mentions in his description of the Fall of Atlantis.

Coming back to being prompted by Alcheringa to write this article he has given me an image of how Uluru came in at an angle – hitting the seabed – pushing up the sea bed to form Kata Tjuta at a lesser angle and forming a GIANT impact crater which has since dried out and filled after ‘the Fall of Atlantis’ which affects happened all over the earth.

Alcheringa reminded me of how scientists have discovered a paleovalley that exists between Uluru and Kata Tjuta beneath the red sand linking them on the ground. Underneath the ground where you cannot see – there are mounds they call amini-Kata Tjuta. That to me is showing a direct push ahead of the ancient sea bed by the incoming asteroid.

Sudbury Basin

This Sudbury Crater in Ontario Canada was pointed out to me by a scientist back in 1995.
It looks like an impact crater that has later been filled in.

The scientist told me he understood what the message from upstairs was about regarding Uluru.

It all sits in the middle of the hypothetical Centralian Basin, which contains the Armadeus Basin, which I wrote about here.

Some of you might remember the violet orbs I took photographs of one fine morning, when prompted by “Upstairs”. You can read the story here.

I was intrigued to note the similarity in colour with the recently discovered Fermi “bubbles”.

We found this material about NASA being mystified by an enormous energy field and these strange bubbles on the ZenGardner Website. You will notice that the website begins with a picture of the Cosmos as a gigantic egg.

Solar Panels over a canal in India

Gujarat is all set to become the first state in the country to generate solar power through panels mounted on a water body. Installation of panels on the canal will help in doing away with the need to acquire land. Evaporation of lakhs of liters of water will be prevented since the canal will be covered. And will generate clean energy. Generated solar power will be supplied to villages alongside the canal, which will lead to lower transmission losses and also help to reduce the evaporation of water.

The Buried Easter Island Statues and the Buried Sphinx

News has come to hand of a long-term project which has discovered that the so called “heads” of the famous statues on Easter Island (called Moai) are in fact a lot bigger than first thought.

It seems there is a lot more to these statues than what meets the eye!

The excavation project has been going for some time and has done many excavations:

In fact, the statues appear to be quite deeply buried. Easter Island is an ancient volcano; there are no trees on Easter Island …

Mysterious Alignment to the Sphinx

Another puzzle is mysterious alignment of world’s ancient sites. Easter Island is exactly aligned along a straight line around the center of the Earth, with the Nazca lines, Ollantaytambo and the Great Pyramid of Egypt. Other world wonders that are within one tenth of one degree of this alignment include: Perseopolis, the capital city of ancient Persia; Mohenjo Daro, the ancient capital city of the Indus Valley; the Oracle of Zeus-Amon at Siwa; and the lost city of Petra. The Ancient Sumarian city of Ur and Angkor temples in Cambodia and Thailand are within one degree of latitude of this alignment.

The Great Egyptian Sphinx was built in honor of King Thutmose IV and has become the Egyptian landmark

The Great Sphinx is a mythical creature that originated in ancient Egypt. It combines the body of a beast (usually a lion) with the face of the ruling pharaoh. In Greek mythology a sphinx was usually made up with the head of a monster, breasts of a woman, and the body of a lion, having wings of a bird. The sphinx lay stretched out on a large rock.

The Sphinx was just a head in the sand until the body was uncovered by Prince Thutmose (later King Thutmose 1V) because of a dream he had. In the dream he was told by angels that if he dug away the sand he would become the next king. There is a stele placed between the paws of the great Sphinx.

King Thutmose IV (1425-1417) placed a stela between the front paws of the sphinx. It gives an account of a young prince Thutmose, and how he fell asleep in the shade of the sphinx one-day. In the dream, the sphinx spoke to Prince Thutmose and told him to take away the sand because it was choking him. Originally built to guard the pyramid, this sphinx was later worshipped as the god Rahorakhty, “Ra of the Two Horizons.”

Sphinxes in Russia

Two sphinxes have made their way to Russia; Quay with Sphinxes (Sphinxes at the Universitetskaya Embankment) is a quay at the Universitetskaya Embankment in Saint Petersburg, in front of the Imperial Academy of Arts. It is remarkable for the two ancient sphinxes that were brought from Egypt to Russia.

The Saint Petersburg Sphinxes are about 3500 years old. They are made from syenite and initially were in front of a magnificent temple, which was built in Egypt near Thebes for the pharaoh Amenhotep III. Their faces are portraits of Amenhotep III and the shape of their headwear (crowns “pa shemti”) indicate that he was the ruler of two kingdoms—the Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt. It is intereting to note that the predecessor of Amenhotep III was King Thutmose IV, he of dreams and the Sphinx buried in sand.

Is there any link to the head-dress of the Easter Island statues, the Moai?

Now wouldn’t it be interesting if there was some way of dating the time when the Easter Island Heads were covered in? Would it have been the same time the Sphinx head was covered in? If it was … that would suggest the ‘great flood’ did happen all over the Earth.

I remember Gerry Bostock in a Cosmic Past Life Regression said that the people on Arcturus reminded him of the faces on Easter Island.

A Visit to a very sacred place within – THE GOD SELF

We all carry our past life stories within our Soul. Our Soul is who we are. The Soul contract we have written before we came from The World of Light is ‘downloaded’ right from when we were a little embryo – and the foetus begins to grow.

When working with people in past life regression, I have found that they often visit the space between lives which has been referred to by The Masters as “The World of Light“. This is the place we return to after leaving our earth body – giving us time to review our life and then to ready ourselves to write a contract with other souls. We then return to a new body and play out a life that assists us to grow in character. Our contract with other souls gives us opportunity to assist with their healing and growing in character as well. It is often the case that the contract with other souls are with those with whom we have emotional issues or actions from many lives before.

This is referred to as Karma – which means action – it can be good character traits or not so good; opportunity is given in the new life to address previous life actions. We can hold on to our positive developing character traits and/or find healing, forgiveness, love and peace over other issues.

The benefits of Past Life Regression are really no different from advanced Meditation, which gives insight and knowledge to the self. When you are working with a therapist (who merely assists you to hold the focus) you are always the one in control and you can easily pull out of the altered state of consciousness if you wish to.

A state of consciousness is where you are focused. Our spirit is our life force – it is a force – a gift from the Creator of All to our God Self. It is the most sacred energy of all that is, that exists within us. It is Love. Universal Love. It exists in all creation.

You could think about the spark that gives us life as being symbolically like a dot within a circle. The circle is everything we are, a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body, a sentient body and a soul. The dot is the Creator – the inner sun – the Inner Light that is the spark that gives us life. It is what makes us tick like a clock and holds everything together.

It is the God Self and Universal God is Pure Love. We are children of God.

It is possible to visit and communicate with God, as many people know. It is the most sacred journey within us.

I have recently visited the Sacred Land at Kariong, which is under threat of being sold to developers and losing public access to the area. Kariong needs your help.

Many of you will recall that Kariong is the site where most of the narrative contained in Alcheringa, when the first ancestors were created took place. This site is now under threat of being sold to developers and sacred seekers like yourselves will lose public access to the multiple sacred sites at that location.

Here is a Press Release given before the meeting that took place for the presentation made by Steven Strong and Dr. Hans Dieter Von Senff, at the Arts Barn at Kariong.

We are asking our readers – even from overseas – to please send a quick note to the New South Wales Government to please SAVE THE SACRED LAND AT KARIONG that is attached to the Kuringai National Park – the land is in danger of being sold to developers and losing the public access to the area. On the 11th December, 2011 we visited the Kariong site to listen to the two talks – one by Steve Strong and the other by Dr Hans-Dieter von Senff, PH.D

We also met a film crew making a documentary “Blackfella Whitefella Dreaming Together.” I was interviewed for the Whitefella Dreaming part and Alcheringa was filmed when he gave us a Transmission.

Hundreds of people, if not thousands, have been able to connect to this story as written about ordinary people remembering being Starpeople and how the first humans were created, nine hundred thousand years ago. In his transmission, Alcheringa referred to his talk given to us 16 years ago at the Kariong site of the Egyptian Hieroglyphs when he told us the site was a ‘Doorway’ and that the glyphs would mean many things to many people. He also said he would release keys to the story as time progressed. He also said there was still more story to come. This has happened.

Our story speaks of the Australian Indigenous people not only being the ‘first people’ of Australia but they are the ‘First Humans.’ The Indigenous people say they didn’t come from elsewhere, they began here in this land we now call Australia and then travelled out to other places around the earth.

Ramindjeri Elders claim their ancestors circumnavigated the globe in a figure eight.

A quote from Uncle Rueben Kelly, a Dhungutti (Kempsey) Elder and last man in NSW allowed to carry out initiation ceremonies for boys. “Our legends tell us we came to your planet in a space ship made of energy. When it hit the atmosphere it turned into crystal.”

This story is similar to what we remember as star people although in our memory the space ship was attacked. We know now that the space ship is the Moldavite crystal.

There are other tribal elders who say their ancestors came from the Pleiades, and point to the 7 stars seen in the sky.

I knew of another story gleaned from the same site written by Paul White and how the glyphs were translated into the story of 2 Egyptian princes along with their crew having survived their boat being damaged. However one of the Princes was bitten by a snake and died. This was said to be 5,000 years ago; www.crystalinks.com/egyptaustralia.html

Archaeologists and Egyptologists have not been able to decipher the hieroglyphs and, that, coupled with rumours of an old man seen by a park ranger to be cutting the glyphs into the rock face; the area has been declared a hoax.

This has been challenged by a number of scholars, who produce good evidence of the site’s authencity as being a genuine Ancient Egyptian burial tomb.

I was listening to Steve Strong’s talk and his belief that the Egyptians came here 4,500 years ago. He also said he believed they came on a pilgrimage because they knew and respected the ancient Australian people who had been here a very long time. I was thinking, “I agree with that” … I had drawn an Egyptian like image:~

I had seen on the ceiling of the Cave, at Cave Hill Central Australia, of the Seven Sisters from the Pleiades. On the ceiling it was drawn in black charcoal and was carbon dated over 20,000 years. It looked very similar to the ‘crocodile looking man‘ who is in the Judgement Day papyrus of Egyptian Legend,

Steve Strong has recently published an article in the latest edition of New Dawn Magazine January-February 2012 edition. Steve has spent time living with the indigenous people and has been initiated as one of them. He and his son Evan has collected an enormous amount of information over the years of the existence of Ancient Egyptians visiting this land 4500 years ago. They say that the huge area of rock art by the indigenous people and new hieroglyphs found, independent of the disputed site at Kariong, make it too important to ignore or write off as a hoax. The area must be protected.

Dr Hans-Dieter von Senff, has produced a paper recently lodged with the National Library. He says, “These Hieroglyphs are real and have existed for some 4,500 years in Australia. In order to prove that these Proto-Egyptian glyphs are not graffiti, as claimed by various “Experts” and “Egyptologists,” but are the written record left by pre-historic man, written in a coherent and understandable language that makes sense even 4,500 years later. This site is no hoax, but a genuine archaeological discovery; as is proven by the newly discovered second set of glyphs and the existence of an underground airshaft.”

Of course our work has been about starpeople, or sky heroes as some indigenous folk have described them. I believe the Ancient Egyptians that came 4,500 years ago knew about the original indigenous people and their beginnings from the Pleiadean ancestry and as I have suggested, visited this land on a pilgrimage.

In 1982 the Cairo Times reported that archaeologists working at Fayum, near the Siwa Oasis in Egypt uncovered fossils of kangaroos and other Australian marsupials. Read about this here. It would be interesting to know the dates given to the fossils.

The Pyramid Code

The Pyramid Code uncovers new light on the story of the Pyramids in Egypt, which has been corroborated by Valerie Barrow.

I would like to recommend to our reader the following YouTube series to watch, if you haven’t already done so. I have found the information a breath of fresh air: it is a new take on Egyptology and a matriarchal consciousness. It is interesting that the Divine Mother came to us with a message only last week – you can listen to her transmission on the Cosmic Sai Baba Website .

In a Golden Age long before the patriarchal Dynasty of Ancient Egypt, The Temples and Pyramids were never meant to be Tombs, but rather places to lift the consciousness. We are told the three main Pyramids were once pure White, the next Red and the smallest one was black. I am reminded that they are the colours used in the symbol for Siva – Definitely points to the Cosmos. In an altered state of consciousness we have been given cosmic knowledge – and know that was how the Ancient Egyptians received their knowledge of how it was before they entered into a body and how it was after they left.

John Barrow reflects on the stoneworks

“Upstairs” told me that the Sphinx Temple was much older than the Great Pyramid of Giza and explained advanced abilities of people that existed in pre-ancient Egyptian times. My Mentor spoke of levitation and pointed out how well the great stones were tessellated together.

You will hear on the videos how the Nile river has migrated 8 miles from the Pyramids and that it would have taken tens of thousands of years to change its course. It will also show an interesting pattern of the Pyramids connected to the stars in our galaxy.

And how a wall has recently been cleaned at the temple of Seti the First, at Abydos showing drawings that look like a helicopter and other futuristic vehicles.

Pillar of Light emerging from Pyramid, Mexico

In the Mexican state of Yucatán lies the historical site of the Maya called Chichen Itza. Chichen Itza was one of the largest Maya cities, with the relatively densely clustered architecture of the site core covering an area of at least 5 square kilometres.

Chichen Itza is the Temple of Kukulkan (a Maya feathered serpent deity similar to the Aztec Quetzalcoatl), usually referred to as El Castillo (“the castle”). This step pyramid stands about 30 metres high and consists of a series of nine square terraces, each approximately 2.57 metres high, with a 6-metre high temple upon the summit.[40] The sides of the pyramid are approximately 55.3 metres at the base and rise at an angle of 53°, although that varies slightly for each side. The four faces of the pyramid have protruding stairways that rise at an angle of 45°. The talud walls of each terrace slant at an angle of between 72° and 74°. At the base of the balustrades of the northeastern staircase are carved heads of a serpent.
