Valerie Barrow: Today is Tuesday the 6th of April. We’re here to make a contact with Andromeda M31. We’re calling upon Cosmic Sai Baba to make his presence among us and we welcome him. Thank you.
Cosmic Sai Baba as channelled by Valerie: I am here my dear and I am very pleased to be here. I welcome the opportunity, it’s a while since we had connected to the galaxy Andromeda M31. And so it gives me pleasure here now to introduce you to Andromeda Val who has been waiting and she will be happy to talk with you. So thank you, thank you, God bless you, thank you.
Andromeda Val as channelled by Valerie: I am Andromeda Val. It’s been a while since I have spoken but I’m very happy, I have never left you, we are always in contact. And I would like everyone to know that. It is just a matter of being aware, and with the intent of connecting to us and then asking your God-self to connect to us and you will be there. We hear you, we always hear you. We know what is happening upon your planet Earth and we feel your pain at this time, and your fear. And I would like to allay those fears if I can for what happens on your planet Mu, I would like to refer to it as that if I may, has a role to play within your solar system and that is to bring balance within the solar system and so that it operates the way it was always meant to be within your constellation of the Milky Way.
The Earth itself is on the arm of the galaxy Milky Way and it is rather a dark corner of your Milky Way and there are life forms, we have said, star people exist in this realm and they are cold-blooded and they have been living in this area for a long, long time. They have made it known that they would like to understand and know more about the world of light and the upliftment of consciousness even though they do have abilities and far advanced technology then even the scientists upon your planet now. And so that is why all the people that are on this planet now are here to hold the new energy that’s coming on gradually, lifting the consciousness step by step.
I have been prompting Valérie to use the word layer of consciousness so that people will realise there are layers, layers of consciousness that raise and each time a layer is raised, like a ladder, it actually brings more wisdom, more knowledge, more understanding, even without words it is the energy, and it is the energy that brings the changes. And so I hope you are understanding what I am saying because changes are happening gradually all the time and it is leading to a layer of consciousness that is a level playing field so that is the frequency and vibration of crystal or Christos if you like. We call it that because it is that frequency and it is the Golden Age; a time of peace, harmony and balance upon your planet. It will reign and everyone will feel the sovereignty of that. There is a time now that have some people leaving because they are waiting and moving on, back home shall we say. Those that will return are, will be, in a new consciousness of the Golden Age which has been prophesied for thousands of years now.
And so I would like to say a welcome in my language if I may, just to help you feel the energy.

Andromeda Val: I have given you a greeting which I hope you will feel the energy, for the race that I belong at this time, is called the Adonis race. And we have all evolved in a hybrid way, I hope you understand that, is from what exists as Human race upon your planet. We are in your future. But we can communicate to you telepathically or borrow a medium’s voice box and speak through to you. We hope to make our presence, in other words we would like to actually appear in a form to you. Looking very much like the Human race that you are and we are because we have evolved from that. That is a longer story but Valérie has written about it and you can ask questions about it if you wish. So that is the plan, this is part of the Great Plan to establish the Garden of Eden which is meant to be on the whole of your planet Earth or Mu as we like to call it. To bring love, a passion, freedom of thought and choice. But respect to one another and a lifting of the consciousness that exists upon your planet at this time. It will spread. You don’t have to do anything but a willingness to share and to help one another, that is all. You have agreed to that before you have come.
And now I would like to hand you over to Alcheringa who has been working with you and telling you about the evolvement of your planet and he is here now and would like to add a little to this morning’s talk. So thank you every one I God bless you and know that you can call upon us whenever you wish. All you have to do is ask and see yourself connect to your God-self. I hope I am giving some understanding. It is not a religion really, although religions understand it; it is science. So be aware, you could call it metaphysics if you like.

Alcheringa as channelled by Valerie: It is I Alcheringa and I am very pleased to be here. I am another aspect of Andromeda Val. Rather I am the other half if you like. Everything is two by two in the world of creation. This is not a word that you had not heard before, it has been written, and so it is part male part female and it is androgynous. This is where you come from. In the Human race it has been separated, but you are still connecting to that other half if you like. You are actually in a sacred geometry form of family, but that is another story.
We have asked Valérie to write book about what we have taught her and help others with. And we would like you to be aware that she is doing that as we ask and we are prompting her also. And so the book will be released next year. It will be about the evolvement of your planet Mu and the existence of the giant races, the dinosaurs and the giant people themselves. We’re a different race altogether, however they have been evolving on this planet Earth also. It is rather a long story when you speak about the evolvement of the Human race. And that is something, the mission, it is not something it is the mission of what we have asked Valérie to do. So please bear with her, and I hope you will respect her work and if you do not agree, ask questions and they will be answered. We will welcome different ideas and different ways of thinking, as long as respect is given always to one another.
And so I have not come to lecture, I have come as a reminder that there are other worlds, we are star people if you like, or extraterrestrials. Anything on your Earth is terrestrial, anything that is elsewhere is extra-terrestrial. And so there are different layers of consciousness in different races and different appearances also. The Angelic Realm have created this Adonis race along time ago so that there could be interaction with the Human race without fear and help them to understand and know who they really are. So I send my blessings with love and compassion always. As Andromeda Val has said, all you need to do is ask.
And so my children, please try to allay fear that is within you. It is coming from a past, not the future. The future is moving towards the Golden Age very soon where there will be peace, harmony and good will amongst all of this planet. Thank you, thank you my dears, thank you, thank you.
