Hello Everyone,
we are so hopeful and so inspirited – inspired really – by the energy, determination and clarity that many young people have. The daily news rarely brings good news, and young people make a positive contribution our world, reminding us that not everyone is a nimby, (not in my back yard) and our world is transformed with love for everyone, daily. It is so wonderful to know and see these young people taking positive actions for our world’s future.
In this newsletter, we offer you some articles on shaping and forming DNA, and the 12-Strand DNA activation. In the Mystery School, Jalarm has revealed that the inactive DNA will begin to flower. It has also been shared in the Mystery School that time is faster; we share one reflection on time being faster. We always glory in the natural phenomena of our Mother Earth and bring you some images. Wi-Fi is prevalent everywhere, what are the effects of all this radiation? This is a question all might give some thought to. We read about how awe is induced in humans, and how hygge keeps Dutch families happy. And God. The Interview with God.
DNA and the 5th Dimension
In this newsletter, we offer you some articles on shaping and forming DNA. The Cosmic Hierarchy – over the last many years – have shared with us (and other Mystery Schools) several issues relating to Ascension, Junk DNA, and time moving faster. Sum of this is interior discovery of the 4th and 5th Dimensions and our future lives. Mystery Schools and science are now discovering that DNA can be programmed by our thoughts.
Once, Cosmic Sai Baba – when he was in his physical form – reached into his stomach and removed poison and threw it away. This is a signal that our lives, our bodies, are the sum product of our desires and our thoughts. So also, our DNA, our brains, and our psychic capabilities are the sum of our thoughts. In Hinduism, the teaching is iti dristi iti, the seen reflects the seer. If we reprogram our interior world, then the world outside of us, along with our physical bodies, will reflect this. Hence, the articles on DNA and reprogramming.
The Cosmic Hierarchy – through the light-beings we know as Cosmic Sai Baba, Jalarm and Alcheringa have also shared with us that time is speeding up. This is because of the return to the 5th Dimension. As Valerie has shared, carbon dating is not an accurate measure of time past, for time was of a different vibration in millennia past, and hence, faster or slower. So our marking of history according to some current measures, is somewhat awkward. However, Cosmic Sai Baba recently revealed that scientists and astronomers are now discovering the secrets of time. Hence, we offer you one article – and link to a video on the Soul and Time.
12 Strand DNA Activation
For years science has recognised that we have two active physical strands of DNA. We also have a further ten energetic DNA strands which have been dormant within the Human Being for many centuries. These dormant strands of DNA have been discovered by scientists, who not knowing the function of these strands, have identified them as ‘junk’ DNA. These ten previous dormant strands account for the mass of of the brain that has not been accessible.
Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains all the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living things. The main role of DNA is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells. The DNA segments that carry genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes or are involved in regulating the use of genetic information.
Our DNA is therefore our personal blueprint set forth by First Source and the 7 seeders of worlds and contains all of our mental, physical, emotional and Spiritual information. All of this information is referred to as the Akash or all the data that comprises this universe!
For close to a 1/2 million years humanity has only been able to access a limited frequency of reality using two plugged in DNA strands. DNA is the holographic and multi-dimensional medium for transmitting and receiving the data of the universe.
DNA is linked directly to language and one causes the other to behave in a matching way. Read more on Michael’s Blog.
Scientist Proves DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies
THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.
Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorised. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication.
The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

Why Are We Running Out of Time?
Technology itself is not the cause of our problem of time. Its influence on our lives is a result, not a cause — the result of an unseen accelerating process taking place in ourselves, in our inner being. Whether we point to the effect of communication technology (such as e-mail) with its tyranny of instant communication; or to the computerisation, and therefore the mentalisation of so many human activities that previously required at least some participation of our physical presence; or to any of the innumerable transformations of human life that are being brought about by new technology, the essential element to recognise is how much of what we call “progress” is accompanied by and measured by the fact that human beings need less and less conscious attention to perform their activities and lead their lives.
The real power of faculty of attention, unknown to modern science, is one of the indispensable and most central measures of humanness — of the being of a man or a woman — and has been so understood, in many forms and symbols, at the heart of all the great spiritual teachings of the world.
The effects of advancing technology, for all the material promise they offer the world (along with the dangers, of course) is but the most recent wave in a civilisation that, without recognising what it was doing, has placed the satisfaction of desire above the cultivation of being. The deep meaning of many rules of conduct and moral principles of the past — so many of which have been abandoned without our understanding their real roots in human nature — involved the cultivation and development of the uniquely human power of attention, its action in the body, heart and mind of man. To be present, truly present, is to have conscious attention. This capacity is the key to what it means to be human.
It is not, therefore, the rapidity of change as such that is the source of our problem of time. It is the metaphysical fact that the being of man is diminishing. In the world as in oneself, time is vanishing because we have lost the practice of consciously inhabiting our life, the practice of conscious attention to ourselves as we go about our lives.

Solstice Sun at Lulworth Cove
A southern exposure and striking symmetry made Lulworth Cove, along the Jurassic Coast of England, planet Earth a beautiful setting during December’s Solstice. Five frames in this dramatic composite view follow the lowest arc of the Sun, from sunrise to sunset, during the shortest day of the year. The solstice arc spans about 103 degrees at this northern latitude. Of course, erosion by wave action has produced the cove’s remarkable shape in the coastal limestone layers. The cove’s narrow entrance is responsible, creating a circular wave diffraction pattern. The wave pattern is made clearer by the low solstice Sun. Image Credit & Copyright: Chris Kotsiopoulos

Wi-Fi allergies aren’t scientific, but they’re a job for public health
Electromagnetic hypersensitivity can’t be scientifically verified, writes science writer and radio broadcaster Signe Dean. But that’s beside the point: its sufferers’ symptoms are real, so it’s how we treat it that matters.
I used to get a lot of headaches. Every week, on more days than not, I’d wake up with some degree of pain.
So I started looking for correlations. Was it the occasional gin and tonic with dinner? Lack of sleep? Perhaps hormones?
These days, evidence-based medicine is pretty good at helping people with all kinds of illnesses. But it’s not foolproof.
People with mystery symptoms-like my headaches-may start looking in weird places to explain what’s making them miserable. For example, I could have blamed my new smartphone. And in fact, many people do blame technology for their ailments.
To understand what they mean, we need to step back a little and look at electromagnetic radiation. It’s a phenomenon that’s been around since the birth of the universe, and it occurs on a spectrum.
One type of electromagnetic radiation is visible light, microwaves are another, then there are also x-rays and radio waves, and infrared and so on.
Everything that’s electric also has an associated low-frequency electromagnetic field. Your toaster and hair dryer are both good examples, as is your desk lamp.
So should you be worried? Isn’t radiation bad?

Experiencing awe makes us, well, awesome.
Before this year, there were just a handful of studies ever published about the experience of awe. It was one of those emotions-like gratitude and happiness before it-that had been neglected as a topic worthy of serious scientific attention.
That started to change in a big way this year. Several studies published in 2015 suggest some profound, previously overlooked benefits associated with awe, which is defined by researchers as feeling like we’re in the presence of something larger than ourselves-be it a natural wonder, a work of art, or feats of athleticism or altruism-that defies our understanding of the world and makes us feel like we’re just one small part of a vast, interconnected universe.
Two studies in particular stood out. A paper published in April in the journal Emotion linked awe to special health benefits. The researchers found that people who experience high levels of positive emotions in general had significantly lower levels in their bodies of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which are proteins associated with type-2 diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, depression, and other health problems.
In the study, awe was induced by looking at very tall eucalyptus trees
Closer analysis of the results revealed that awe was the emotion most strongly associated with lower levels of cytokines and thus better health. In fact, the more frequently participants reported feeling awe, the lower their cytokine levels.
A separate study, published in June in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, suggests that awe might not only boost our health but also make us more kind and helpful to others. In one part of the study, participants either gazed up at some towering eucalyptus trees, which induced feelings of awe, or stared up at a large building. When a passer-by (who was actually working with the researchers) “accidentally” dropped some pens in front of them, the people who had looked at the trees were significantly more likely to help pick the pens up.
Both of those studies were conducted by a team that included Greater Good Science Center Director Dacher Keltner, who has been a pioneer in the study of awe. As the field takes off and attracts more interest from other scientists, it’s likely that new awe findings will be of greater resonance in the future.
The Secret to Danish Happiness
Denmark consistently ranks as one of the happiest countries in the world. The reason why might lie with the idea of “hygge.”
For over 40 years in a row, Denmark has been voted as one of the happiest countries in the world. During this month’s Democratic primary debate, candidate Bernie Sanders said, “We should look to countries like Denmark” if we wanted the US to become a happier place-a comment that triggered fierce debate about Denmark’s public policies.
What is the secret to the emotional success of this small Northern European country? In our new book The Danish Way of Parenting: A Guide To Raising The Happiest Kids in the World, I explore this question with my co-author, Danish psychotherapist Iben Sandahl. At least part of the answer lies with the Danish way of “hygge“-pronounced “hooga.”
The word dates back to the 19th century. It is derived from the Germanic word hyggja, which means to think or feel satisfied. There are no exact translations of hygge but some attempts are “cozy” or “homey”-words that do little to encompass the full spectrum of what it is.
Hygge is essentially drama-free togetherness time. It is cozying around or “at hygge sig,” but more than that, it is being aware that that cozy time is sacred-and treating it as such. Because Danes see hygge as such a fundamental aspect of good living, they all work together to make it happen. Hygge is “we time,” not “me time”
Hygge is considered such a powerful factor in Danish happiness that some universities in the UK and the US have started offering courses on it. Many think it is about lighting candles, preparing good food, and creating a nice atmosphere. But this is only the surface aspect of hygge. The truth is, it is so much deeper than that.
So what is hygge exactly?
Try to imagine going to a drama-free family gathering. There are no divisive discussions about politics, family issues, or Aunt Jenny’s dysfunctional kids. No snide comments, complaining, or heavy negativity. Everyone helps out, so that not one person gets stuck doing all the work. No one brags, attacks anyone, or competes with another. It is a light-hearted, balanced interaction that is focused on enjoying the moment, the food, and the company. In short, a shelter from the outside world.
For some, that may sound normal for family gatherings. For most of us, it isn’t.
These unspoken rules of hygge are precisely what make it so special. American anthropologists who have studied Danish hygge have been struck by the effortless flow in hyggelig interactions and how no one tries to take centre stage. It is a moment in time where everyone takes off their masks and leaves difficulties at the door, in order to appreciate the power of presence with others.

The Interview with God
Alcheringa … when the first ancestors were created
This is the story of fifty thousand people coming from the Pleiades in a giant starship to found the human race on Earth.
It is not a simple story, but one filled with intrigue, deception, and the planned destruction of a mission that left only ninety survivors to be cast upon the Earth.
Part of the story was about their survival on a planet whose atmosphere they could barely breathe, a sun they could not expose themselves to, and a dangerous and poisonous environment that took many of the survivor’s lives.
Their struggle and success in creating our race is the miracle they brought. It is our past and they are our heritage.
