Valerie Barrow: We call upon Cosmic Sai Baba to make his presence among us. Today is August 7th, 2018.
And our meeting is taking place at Moss Vale, NS.W. Australia.

“I am here, and I am very pleased to be here, it is I Cosmic Sai Baba and I am here to introduce Andromeda Val who has been waiting to give her normal message here, in this Galaxy the Milky Way – and she is in the Galaxy Andromeda M31.
So without further ado I will hand her over to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
Andromeda Val through Valerie Barrow:
I am Andromeda Val and I am very happy to be here today. We have set up a platform and I am communicating with you from Andromeda Val at the Galaxy M31.
So it gives me pleasure and I look forward to coming to these meetings. There has been much talk today about LIGHT and Light itself which of course is from your sun. As we have a sun also. There are many suns in our Galaxy – there are many solar systems – very similar in what you have in your Galaxy here.
However you can ask questions about that – but for the time being I would like you to know that the sun that we have is operating a similar way to what is operating in your sun – in your solar system. So there is day and there is night – the time differs of course, everything is different in other Galaxies, but there is a similarity.
Valerie’s Oversoul is from where I come. I come from a place which is really, shall I say, a consciousness but there is not limit, because we take form whenever we want. And we do, we take a form like Valerie on your planet Earth and the one whom I am speaking through now is part of me ….and she has taken on a form and she is able to communicate on my behalf….which is good because there are many questions people have about what exists in other worlds, and other galaxies and other Universes.
So I am happy to be able to answer questions, for I have been invited by Cosmic Sai Baba (as you know him) but He is much more than that. He is much more than just a form, He is an Avatar.
And so, I would like to greet you, as I have promised at times to speak my language, for it always gives me joy to speak that. And as I have promised also, I will be translating it at another time.

It might sound different at times, because I am speaking about different things. But as I say, I will translate.
And now, I would like to invite questions if anyone has any questions. It will give me pleasure to attempt to answer them for you. So- may I ask does anyone have a question?
Question: Yes, I am very grateful for the opportunity to ask this question. What does humanity need to know most now?
Andromeda Val:
Well, that is a big question of course. But from my thinking, as a star person, in another galaxy I think what the humanity on Earth needs to know is, that we exist. And that there are many other star people who exist, in other worlds and in other planets.
They are very real. And in fact, often Beings from the humanity, your human race, have come from there (meaning the stars) There are many now that are like Andromeda Val, speaking through Valerie – that can do just that.
It is not a fairy story, it is not something that is happening by accident or of a Being that is just coming from within, shall we say the consciousness of that person that is allowing the voice to speak through them.
It is Real, It is Real.
So I think that is the most important thing, that everyone upon your planet Earth know that there are other beings and they have been involved on this, and with this, planet Earth for a LONG TIME.
As I have said, the Hierarchy that exists in the Star Worlds of Andromeda have actually created your planet Earth, in the first place.
So we have a great love and desire to protect it and assist it in it’s evolvement. And that goes for the human who now lives upon this planet. And have been doing so for quite sometime – longer than your scientists understand just at this time but they have been here a lot longer.
There are many people upon this planet that doubt and do not understand at all – or do not want to know or perhaps fear from different stories that are told upon planet Earth. But there is nothing to fear, for you all come from the Creator Source – which as you call it is GOD.
It is LOVE and that is the only thing that we come from when I speak to you now. So I would like you all to lose your fear and realize that you are not the only beings in your Universe and that there is a lot willing as star people that do have advance technology, in comparison to what you do have on your earth….We can help you, we can assist you and it has been said to you before…all you need to do is ask.
However, there does need to be an increase in knowledge and understanding here on Earth and with a raising of consciousness it could be readily received, however, there are some knowledge can only be given when the use of it can be trusted.
So I hope you understand what I am saying, however, we would love to give you more information about where we came from and how we began and where we are going for all is evolving no matter where, nothing stands still. Nothing.
I would like you to imagine a flower and how it raises from a seed in the ground.. it grows in the sun and then it becomes a flower with perfume and essence …a life form…then after awhile it is time to die back but not before producing a seed whch falls to the earth and then recreates….that is the same pattern that exists with all races with all humanity on earth for you on your planet earth.
So there is really no difference …it is just a different way of looking at things and perhaps the names that you give it.
I can assure you, if everybody could accept that other races in other worlds exist it would broaden everybody’s way of seeing things or thinking about things and so I hope it will be announced very soon that extraterrestrial beings, meaning your earth as terrestrial and extra terrestrial means that there are other terrestrial places that exist and have races that live upon them also.

Question: Yes, I have a question. I have heard we recognize our loved ones after we die by their Light. Can you explain this please?
Andromeda Val:
Quite often when a human leaves the Earth from the physical Earth Body – and moves on in their Light Body – they readily recognize their loved ones, their family, because the images are the same. It is rather like how you would have been given the image of a ‘Ghost’ for you are all ghosts actually encompassing an earth physical body.
They are mirror images – and so there is no difference – however, once the Light Body leaves the Earth Body it has a consciousness still….it has always had a consciousness. Without that consciousness, even when you are with your earth body, your earth body would not survive very long at all. It is consciousness of the Light Body that exists and keeps everything regular in the earth body. It keeps it alive.
So it is still alive when it leaves the Earth Body and moves on to the World of Light. However in the meantime, there is always a knowing when it is time for an earth body to go back to the earth as ‘dust’ shall we say and the Light Body is then met by friends, and relatives or angels to help them with that transition back to the World of Light.
You asked about the ‘Light’ and it is true there are degrees of Light. It is like the day that is in your planet as you see it when it just rises – it is not as strong as it becomes towards the middle of the day and then it lessens again, as it leaves and moves around away from your sight until it comes back with the sunrise.
So you can understand there is different levels of Light and in a way that is played out in a physical body, in an earth body. There is always the Light but sometimes the Light has a shadow or it has a limit, if I can put it that way. And it is not as bright as it can be when, it does eventually move from the earth body back to the World of Light. But there is always those there to assist that transition.
Nobody on Earth is ever alone. I can assure you about that.

Now is there another question:?
Question: How do you become a Radiant One, if that is what we are meant to become?
Andromeda Val:
That is a good question and, er, follows really from the one we have just answered. In that, while you are on earth in an earth body – you strive to live in a way that is good in that the measure of it does not harm anybody – you are always helping people – your first thought is always for another – you feel compassion – and the love, of course is understood in many different levels – the main level of course is of Universal Love, in other words to be able to always find forgiveness in everything. Because some people’s Light is a little darker than others and as it brightens it becomes clearer to people who they really are and where they have come from.
That Light is with them with their Aura body or their Soul body …and that is the Light that gives you Life in your earth body. So it can glow and if it is strong, it will glow that people can feel it or even see it – for sometimes they can see it and it is depending again on the level of wisdom that they have arrived at.
So when it is asked for people that has been suggested to strive for a radiance within them, that is what is meant in that, if they are not carrying any heavy energy of anything that is negative of anger or hate or any of those very heavy energies their Light will glow brightly and that is a radiance because it is given off and people can feel it – they respond to it – it shows through your smile – it shows through your eyes – your eyes are the window of your soul – there is truth in that.
So – when you are radiant, people want to be around you – and near you like moths to a flame – and in that way you can help. Because when you come here into an earth body, one of the first things you have agreed to when you come, is to help, and help others.
So being a Radiant One, is that simple. So does that answer your question? (Yes, that is very helpful, thank you.)
