We emerge from Winter opening our hearts to the warmth of the days – and learn that we have had the driest and hottest winter for many a year. Brrr! Hardly seemed like that here. Nonetheless, the renovations to our house go on while John and I get on with our work and excursions to family picnics. In this newsletter we bring you Andromeda and comparison to our local group of stars. We look to Magenta as a radio wave and learn why it is not in the colour spectrum. Japanese wooden statues remind us that miracles occur daily, and we look to a video about falling asleep quickly. We share with you suggestions that people with RH Negative Blood have DNA not from Earth. The human brain is a beautiful thing; scientists have found there are up to 11 dimensions in the brain itself. We look to facemapping, and put before you the matter of the theatre of illusion generated by those who would seek to trap us in their lower density.
Andromeda and the Local Group
This video covers the Andromeda galaxy along with our local group of galaxies, including some of the dwarf galaxies orbiting the Milky Way. We begin with Edwin Hubble’s discovery of a Cepheid variable star in what was thought to be a Milky Way nebula. The star was V1 and it changed the history of astronomy. We cover the black hole at the center of Andromeda, highlight the size of this beautiful galaxy with its trillion stars, and point out what was going on here on our planet when the light we see left Andromeda on its journey into our telescopes. Montana Dolmen and Megaliths
Readers will recall the travels of Valerie and John in 2015 and their sojourn in Angouleme, France. The visits to Saint Amant de Boixe – and the Tumulus de Boixe and Dolma in the Forêt de Boixe. You can revisit this story here.
Dolmens and megalithic structures in general are believed to be some of the oldest remnants of an ancient culture that once inhabited the Earth. These stone structures, though worn down, morphed, and “beaten” (sometimes beyond recognition) with age and various cataclysms and / or nature’s cycles, are one of the few surviving remnants of this ancient past, and can be found all around the world today.
The location of sacred sites, megaliths, and dolmens is typically of significance, and these structures are usually found upon ley lines and in alignment with star clusters, the Milky Way, as well as phases of the sun and moon.
The megalithic structures uncovered around Helena, Montana, share all the above characteristics with these same types of ancient structures world-wide.m.
There are six major Montana dolmen sites gracing the mountain tops, all on the Montana ley line grid, which is a vertical grid that stretches from Canada to Arizona (based on the Becker-Hagen Planetary Grid System). Two additional dolmen sites, not on the ley line, complete the formation of the letter T.
Some of the dolmens in the vicinity are impressive in stature and features. Others are simpler single dolmen sites and menhirs, seemingly there to mark a spot.

Japanese Wooden Statue Weeps, Sheds Blood, and Performs Miracles
Created in the 1960s by a Buddhist woodcarver, the wooden Virgin Mary resided quietly for years in the chapel of a Japanese convent in the northwestern town Akita. Yet today, the statue and her tiny chapel are world renowned for miraculous apparitions and healings. Beginning in 1973, the solid wooden statue was seen weeping, perspiring, and bleeding. She also reportedly cured a deaf nun and healed a visitor’s brain tumour. Scientists have not been able to explain these phenomena. Catholic leaders have approved of the Lady of Akita miracles, albeit hesitantly.
The Miracle of Sister Agnes
Agnes Katsuko Sasagawa, 42, entered the Our Lady of Akita convent in May 1973. A recent convert from Buddhism, Sister Agnes had spent the past several decades battling numerous health problems, believed to have stemmed from a botched appendix surgery. For years, she had been deaf in her left ear and slowly, her ability to hear out of her right hear was diminishing. A few months before entering the convent, her hearing was officially lost, as documented by her application for and approval of state disability subsidies. As per state policy, her total and incurable deafness was confirmed by two experts (Dr. Sawada of the Niigata Rosai Hospital in Joetsu, Niigata and Dr. Arai of the Eye and Ear Division of Akita Red Cross Hospital) in order for her to receive the disability payments.
After only a few weeks of being at Akita, Sister Agnes witnessed the first miracle of the Virgin Mary statue. On June 12, 1973, a brilliant light shone around the chapel’s Tabernacle and an apparition like smoke or mist hovered in the air over the altar. Sister Agnes saw “a multitude of beings similar to Angels who surrounded the altar in adoration before the Host.” She was also visited by an apparition she believed to be her guardian Angel, whom she described as having “a round face, an expression of sweetness . . . a person covered with a shining whiteness like snow.” The Angel prayed with Sister Agnes and offered her advice and guidance. The nun confided the miraculous events to the Catholic leader in the area, Bishop John Shojiro Ito, as well as the convent’s director, Reverend Teiji Yasuda.
Beginning on June 28, 1973, Sister Agnes began having stigmatic experiences (wounds or sensations of pain on the wrists and/or feet in the places where Jesus was nailed to the cross). On the palm of her left hand, a small, cross-shaped wound appeared and began to bleed. The pain would start on Thursday nights and continue on throughout Friday, at times becoming almost too much for Sister Agnes to bear. Yet her guardian Angel came and comforted her, saying “The wounds of Mary are much deeper and more sorrowful than yours. Let us go to pray together in the chapel.”

Asleep in 60 seconds: 4-7-8 breathing technique claims to help you nod off in just a minute
Do you ever spend hour upon hour in bed, tossing and turning without being able to make your mind shut up? When you have something to do the next morning, you feel tired, you wish to get a good night’s sleep, but yet, you fail?
This is a trick that will give you a solution forever.
Offered by a licensed wellness practitioner, the trick is simply a way of breathing, named 4-7-8.
And it is as simple as that. You inhale for four seconds, then hold your breath for 7 seconds, and then exhale for another 8. Do that, and then repeat if the first time didn’t get you. The slow breathing makes the heart calm down and the trick actually works like a sedating drug. When you are nervous, and you breath with short quick breaths, you actually under-breath: you don’t intake enough oxygen.
New Theory suggests people with RH Negative Blood have DNA not from Earth
All human blood types contain and are categorised by amounts of protein-except type RH negative, that is.
Is it possible that human beings possessing the latter blood type are actually from Mars, Venus, or elsewhere in the universe? Well, since the known laws of physics breakdown past the horizons of black holes, truly anything is possible. But is it likely that RH negative blood has unearthly origins?
Only 15% of human beings have this strange type of blood, and what’s more, these individuals have been described as having strange personal characteristics as well. Oddly enough, RH negative blood can be utilised by any human being in need of a transfusion, but people with RH negative naturally coursing through their veins cannot make use of any other type of blood at all. Furthermore, the vast majority of these latter individuals happen to reside in northern Europe.

Where is Magenta (or Fuschia, or Pink … ) ??
Read that backward and you get Roy G. Biv (the I is missing above, but close enough). That’s the mnemonic device for remembering the colors in the visible spectrum of light, or in another sense, the colors of rainbows. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. And in between each of these colors is almost every other color we can detect.
Almost every other color — with “almost” being the operative word.
The image above is magenta. It’s nowhere to be seen in the spectrum at the top, though. Magenta (often called pink), just isn’t there. But, color-blindness aside, we can clearly see it. What’s going on here? Lets take a quick look at a video to get the fast answer:

A sensational discovery has been made by experts as scientists have found that the human brain is home to structures and shapes that have up to 11 dimensions. Neuroscientists welcome the discovery saying: “We found a world that we had never imagined.”
Mathematical methods of algebraic topology have helped researchers find structures and multidimensional geometric spaces in brain networks. According to experts, a new study has proven that the human brain is home to structures and shapes that have up to 11 dimensions.
Human brains are estimated to be home to a staggering 86 billion neurons, with several connections from each cell webbing in every possible direction, forming a super-vast cellular network that SOMEHOW makes us capable of thought and consciousness, reports Science Alert.
An international group of scientists gathered around the Blue Brain project has obtained results never before seen in the world of neuroscience, according to the study published in the journal Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience. This team managed to find structures in the brain that present a multidimensional universe, uncovering the first geometric design of neural connections and how they respond to stimuli.
Scientists made use of in-depth computer modeling techniques to understand how exactly human brain cells are able to organize themselves in order to carry out complex tasks.

Consciousness is the Key to World Change
Those craftily manipulating and controlling our society are caring less and less about whether or not we buy into their carefully cultivated 5-sense, 3 dimensional false reality, played out in the world theatre of illusion. They are caring less and less about the fact that in this theatre of illusion, we the audience, increasing in numbers, are detecting the gaps in the falling-apart scenery that was once believed to be real, as the brick wall behind it is further exposed; that there’s more and more of us in the audience detecting the strings attached to the stage puppets, such as the puppeteered politicians, and many of us can now see their strings being pulled by puppet masters who are no longer hidden in the shadows…
To an extent, the controllers don’t care that the theatre of illusion that has deceived us since time-immemorial with all its fallacies of freedom is being exposed and falling apart: The whole false pretence, the set-up, both the stage and the auditorium, has been energy draining and costly for them to maintain. And now, in their arrogance, the controllers consider themselves to be in such a position that our increasing resistance seems futile.
Is it only a matter of time before the theatre of illusion will become redundant to them, as they become more and more confident that they will achieve their planned world takeover, regardless of our resistance?
Having found out about their planned world takeover, there inevitably follows the question “What can we do about it?” Sure, from a left brain point of view; through analyzing, rationalizing and reasoning, there’s been quite a lot of talk in terms of possible answers on how to deal with this situation. There have indeed been some good responses with many practical insights. However, this alone is not the real solution. The real solution lies in a shift in consciousness.

“Face mapping,” a practice that began over 5,000 years ago in China, is now becoming more and more popular among health practitioners to help diagnose, prevent, and cure disease. It works on the principle that imbalances and dysfunctions in your body show up on your face. You just have to know where and how to look.
Your Face Tells the Story of Your Health
I had a patient who had been trying to find the source of her severe headaches and fatigue for 8 months, going from doctor to doctor. By using face mapping, I was able to locate the problem almost immediately. I noticed an indentation and discoloration just under her nose. That zone, which includes the chin, is associated with hormonal health. As it turned out, her health issues were hormonal, which was confirmed by blood tests. I successfully treated her with meditation, acupuncture, and a specialized mixture of herbs from my Tao of Wellness practice.
Face mapping keys in on five specific zones of the face: the forehead, nose, chin, right cheek, and left cheek. Each of these zones corresponds with the Chinese 5-Element network (fire, earth, water, metal, and wood), which in turn corresponds to particular organ groupings—such as your heart, stomach, hormones, and even your mind and spirit.
The Forehead
According to face mapping, the forehead corresponds to the fire element. This is the area associated with the heart and small intestine, as well as the mind and spirit. A blue or green discoloration in the forehead shows an imbalance in the heart. I also look for redness or small blood vessels that appear as discoloration. A heart attack can often be foretold by a subtle bluish-green hue on the forehead.
