Welcome to our December Newsletter for 2014. In this newsletter we look at Choosing Ascension, as all life on Mother Earth will ascend. In the hustle and bustle of our lives and everyday challenges, we may forget our purpose and our soul contract. Here, we give an overview of living simply with an excerpt from An Aboriginal Book of Wisdom. Our guides who work with us direct our attention to the history of our Earth and the origins of human life. We have discovered blue-eyed cave dwelling ancestors!

Choosing Ascension
In the years ahead, the old world will come to an end. There is now a well defined window of opportunity for those responding to the inner compulsion to ascend. But no one will do the work for you. There will be no mass ascensions activated by some great guru or Messiah. The real leader is inside of yourself. And Ascension can only happen by walking the path of the constant consciousness choice.

The Cross of Chains
As world events currently seem to be spiralling out of control, it is a reminder of how history repeats itself and raises the question of where mankind is failing and where we are heading.
To those who have stepped outside the box, so to speak, and removed themselves from the daily programming that takes place in our modern lives, it soon becomes obvious that something is very very wrong. We as a people seem so far removed and ignorant of the natural laws our ancestors once held sacred.
We have become programmed and brainwashed by a greedy minority of people, whom have infiltrated our monetary system, our governments, our spirituality via the creation of religions and wars using the divide and conquer tact. A tactic used for thousands of years and one that can only lead to eventual destruction.
Through personal research over the past 20 or so years, it became quite obvious that history is just that ‘HIStory’. What we have learnt in modern day schools does not necessarily represent the true facts and events of our ancient past. It is little wonder the ancestors once used oral stories with the aid of metaphors to protect their ancient wisdom held sacred for thousands upon thousands of years, which all seem to tell a similar story of our history and origins.
Many ancient sites and artefacts around the globe have been uncovered over the years and prove beyond a doubt, the existence of ancient civilizations and cultures. Yet so much of this evidence is silenced and never quite makes it to the mainstream media or public sector. The old saying, ‘those who win the war, write the history books’ couldn’t be closer to the truth of the matter. So why hide it? Is it a case of having to rewrite the books or is it more so a mechanism of control?
Over the years I have been asked by a few, why concern yourself with history, when there is so much that needs tending to in our current day and age, in a world of dysfunction and greed? The answer is quite simple. When one can see the big picture, it is clear the ancients that lived via the natural laws whether it be indigenous tribes, the Gnostics, the Cathars, the Celtic wise women, the shaman and witch doctors alike. These are the cultures and customs that have been systematically targeted and wiped out in the name of Religion, replaced with false concepts and a system of manipulated laws and agendas.
Greater ancient knowledge, wisdom and truth can alter the minds of men and women, that mankind can form better social systems, free from all the competitive pressures that this present system holds.

Swarthy, blue-eyed caveman revealed using DNA from ancient tooth
DNA taken from the wisdom tooth of a European hunter-gatherer has given scientists an unprecedented glimpse of modern humans before the rise of farming. The Mesolithic man, who lived in Spain around 7,000 years ago, had an unusual mix of blue eyes, black or brown hair, and dark skin, according to analyses of his genetic make-up.
He was probably lactose intolerant and had more difficulty digesting starchy foods than the farmers who transformed diets and lifestyles when they took up tools in the first agricultural revolution.
The invention of farming brought humans and animals into much closer contact, and humans likely evolved more robust immune systems to fend off infections that the animals passed on. But scientists may have over-estimated the impact farming had in shaping the human immune system, because tests on the hunter-gatherer’s DNA found that he already carried mutations that boost the immune system to tackle various nasty bugs. Some live on in modern Europeans today.
“Before we started this work, I had some ideas of what we were going to find,” said Carles Lalueza-Fox, who led the study at the Institute of Evolutionary Biology in Barcelona. “Most of those ideas turned out to be completely wrong.”

The Spanish team started their work after a group of cavers stumbled upon two skeletons in a deep and complex cave system high up in the Cantabrian Mountains of northwest Spain in 2006. The human remains, which belonged to two men in their early 30s, had been extremely well preserved by the cool environment of the cave.
Carbon dating put the remains at around 7,000 years old, before farming had swept into Europe from the Middle East. The timing fitted with ancient artefacts found at the site, including perforated reindeer teeth that were strung and hung from the people’s clothing.
The scientists focused their efforts on the better preserved of the two skeletons. After several failed attempts, they managed to reconstruct the man’s entire genome from DNA found in the root of a third molar. It is the first time researchers have obtained the complete genome of a modern European who lived before the Neolithic revolution.
The DNA threw up a series of surprises. When Lalueza-Fox looked at the genome, he found that rather than having light skin, the man had gene variants that tend to produce much darker skin. “This guy had to be darker than any modern European, but we don’t know how dark,” the scientist said.
Another surprise finding was that the man had blue eyes. That was unexpected, said Lalueza-Fox, because the mutation for blue eyes was thought to have arisen more recently than the mutations that cause lighter skin colour. The results suggest that blue eye colour came first in Europe, with the transition to lighter skin ongoing through Mesolithic times.
On top of the scientific impact, artists might have to rethink their drawings of the people. “You see a lot of reconstructions of these people hunting and gathering and they look like modern Europeans with light skin. You never see a reconstruction of a mesolithic hunter-gatherer with dark skin and blue eye colour,” Lalueza-Fox said. Details of the study are published in the journal, Nature.

Scientific Reasons behind Indian Traditions
1. Joining Both Palms together to Greet
In Hindu culture, people greet each other by joining their palms – termed as “Namaskar.” The general reason behind this tradition is that greeting by joining both the palms means respect. However, scientifically speaking, joining both hands ensures joining the tips of all the fingers together; which are denoted to the pressure points of eyes, ears, and mind. Pressing them together is said to activate the pressure points which helps us remember that person for a long time. And, no germs since we don’t make any physical contact!
2. Why Indian Women wear Toe Rings
Wearing toe rings is not just the significance of married women but there is science behind it. Normally toe rings are worn on the second toe. A particular nerve from the second toe connects the uterus and passes to heart. Wearing toe ring on this finger strengthens the uterus. It will keep it healthy by regulating the blood flow to it and menstrual cycle will be regularized. As Silver is a good conductor, it also absorbs polar energies from the earth and passes it to the body.
3. Throwing Coins into a River
The general reasoning given for this act is that it brings Good Luck. However, scientifically speaking, in the ancient times, most of the currency used was made of copper unlike the stainless steel coins of today. Copper is a vital metal very useful to the human body. Throwing coins in the river was one way our fore-fathers ensured we intake sufficient copper as part of the water as rivers were the only source of drinking water. Making it a custom ensured that all of us follow the practice.
4. Applying Tilak/KumKum on the Forehead
On the forehead, between the two eyebrows, is a spot that is considered as a major nerve point in human body since ancient times. The Tilak is believed to prevent the loss of “energy”, the red ‘kumkum’ between the eyebrows is said to retain energy in the human body and control the various levels of concentration. While applying kumkum the points on the mid-brow region and Adnya-chakra are automatically pressed. This also facilitates the blood supply to the face muscles.
5. Why do Temples have Bells
People who are visiting the temple should and will Ring the bell before entering the inner sanctum (Garbhagudi or Garbha Gruha or womb-chamber) where the main idol is placed. According to Agama Sastra, the bell is used to give sound for keeping evil forces away and the ring of the bell is pleasant to God. However, the scientific reason behind bells is that their ring clears our mind and helps us stay sharp and keep our full concentration on devotional purpose. These bells are made in such a way that when they produce a sound it creates a unity in the Left and Right parts of our brains. The moment we ring the bell, it produces a sharp and enduring sound which lasts for minimum of 7 seconds in echo mode. The duration of echo is good enough to activate all the seven healing centres in our body. This results in emptying our brain from all negative thoughts.

The Effect of External Energies in Your Space
From an intuitive standpoint, your aura or personal space is separated from the outer world by a permeable membrane that turns you into a multi-dimensional, etheric telephone exchange of sorts!
For better or for worse, you are constantly receiving and transmitting spoken and unspoken communication with the world around you through the medium of energy, which in turn registers upon your sensations, feelings and thoughts.
Most people are generally unaware of the inherent nature of their auras, but this type of communication can run the gamut from past life memories and family karma to the held beliefs, expectations and fears of your friends, colleagues and family members in present time. This feature also forms the basis of the universal truth that ‘all is one’.
The effect of these ongoing – for lack of a better word – ‘conversations’ on your heart and mind/body system, sense of self, self-assuredness and self-esteem is closely related to your current level of alignment with your most authentic self. That is, when you respond to life from a still place of inner knowing and wisdom, you tend to instinctively engage more of the situations and relationships that honour your deepest needs and truth. Conversely, when you feel off kilter, you tend to react blindly or emotionally rather than responding consciously, confidently and lovingly to life.
As we view this suggestion of unwitting merging and melding of our auras with intuitive eyes, it appears an inescapable aspect of Spirit having a physical experience here on earth. It is also important to point out that we cannot find ourselves being the effect of an external energy without there being some sort of subconscious agreement on our part.
At this very moment, depending on the relationships and circumstances your higher consciousness determines is most relevant to your spiritual evolution (and therefore most valuable for you to experience, integrate and know), you are finding yourself attracted to or surrounded by precisely the people and circumstances you need. At this point you can therefore extract either a little. or sometimes a big nugget of self-understanding and personal truth.

AKHENATEN
When he was first born he was given the same title as his father: Amenhotep. Amen being one of the main Neters-the fifth stage of the Sun-was known as “The Hidden” and was the main Neter-the “State God”-in this time period, ca. 1350 BCE. Amenhotep has been translated many ways; “Amen is Pleased,” “Amen is Satisfied,” “Amen is Completed,” or “The Sacrifice to Amen.” But at a young age, this man rebelled against what he perceived to be a corrupt priesthood and bloated religion of Amen, and changed his title to “Akhenaten”-which has also been translated many ways: “The Child of the Aten,” “The Spirit of The Aten,” “The Son of the Sun,” or -according to Abd’El Hakim Awyan, the founder of Khemitology-“The Shadow of The Wiser.”
More has been written about this individual in the last 150 years than any other person in ancient Egyptian history. So much that has been written about him has become pure myth and devoid of historical reality-and much can be classified as “mystery” with no apparent actual answers. Did he invent the Aten “religion?” Did he “invent” Monotheism-the belief in a sole God? Was he an alien from Sirius? Was he human? Did he and Nefertiti and their children have elongated skulls? Many books and articles have been written in the last thirty years addressing these questions but few have provided any serious scientific evidence to fully support any of these contentions.

Sacred Initiation within the Temples of Egypt
People from all over the world are drawn to visit the temples in Egypt and wander through their ancient corridors,
envisioning a time when they were shining and new – alive with the daily activities of local inhabitants. The grandeur of the design and craftsmanship displayed by and within these structures, that house a wealth of antiquities spanning thousands of years, is awe-inspiring and overwhelming.
Many accounts are heard from people who claim that their lives were completely transformed following their journey to this ageless land. And many keep coming back … Could it be because these structures are still pulsing powerful vibrations that have an effect on us-even today?
According to the indigenous tradition, ancient Egyptian temples were designed to operate as interactive bio-organic energy devices that can activate our physical, mental and spiritual bodies as the ancients walked through them. Indigenous Egyptian Wisdom Keeper, Abd’el Hakim Awyan called them Per Ba’s or Houses of the Soul or Spirit, designed to awaken our senses. They were constructed over powerful ley lines, out of a specific combination of stones, utilizing the energetic properties of running water, aligned with specific solar and stellar events, and in sacredly geometric patterns that are mirrored in our natural world, and the cosmos above.
The ancient Egyptians also left us a beautifully patterned map that details the nature of our reality within the multi-layered symbolism of the pantheon of their gods and goddesses. People often ask me if I believe that these ancient gods and goddesses once walked the earth. To this I would reply:
They are the earth; they are the heavens, the stars, and the very forces of
nature that collectively make up all that is-including us.
The powers and laws of the universe are symbolized by the gods and goddesses, which we call Neters- who in our three dimensional earth reality manifest as Nature. The ancient Egyptian glyphs NTR, are written in Roman letters as Ntr, Neter, Netjer, or Netcher. Our words: nature, eternal, nurture, natal, and natural are derived from these glyphs.
Pedjeshes or Stretching the Cord
The Neter, Seshat is the sacred geometry that shapes our universe. Seshat represents mathematics, astronomy and the energetic architecture of all life forms. Everything in our reality is expressed in form, and these shapes emanate from waveforms or frequencies that pulse to a rhythm displayed in amazing harmonic patterns and cycles. Matter (a root word for mother) consists of patterns (root word for father) of polarized pulsing frequency. Form comes first-then the mathematics that we use to define it. Life expresses itself in sacred geometric forms. When we are “in tune” with our environment and find moments of inner peace or resonance-we can also create magnificent works of art that will naturally beat to the sacred geometric song of the universe.
It is entirely possible that the sacred geometry and mystical symbols that show up in some of the world’s greatest works of art, architecture and music, etc.-occur because the creators or artists are naturally channeling the energetic patterns of the universe that exists within all life forms.
The legends and depictions of the “stretching of the cord” ceremony represent how the temples were patterned after the universe. Stretching the cord referred to the architectural planning process that emulated these universal patterns in a microcosmic structure. Seshat holds the cord which is used to outline the temple. All natural forces must be harmonized within the energetic architecture of the structure so it can perform its interactive function.

Young Brains are Rewired by Technology
The use of digital technologies is reshaping human brains and the impact on young people must be considered by their parents and educators, a neuroscientist warns.
Susan Greenfield of Oxford University said technology was re-wiring brains, particularly for young people who were growing up knowing nothing else.
Baroness Greenfield gave a sold-out public lecture at the University of South Australia on Wednesday night, having previously worked in Adelaide as one of the South Australian Government’s thinkers-in-residence.
“People like me, a baby-boomer, grew up with the television being the new luxury that came into our home,” she told 891 ABC Adelaide.
“Clearly the amount of life we’ve lived already, the experiences we’ve had, the conceptual frameworks that we’ve developed, the attitudes we have, the memories that we have – the individuality that we’ve therefore developed – all those things will offset against whatever other influences are coming in.”
The neuroscientist warned children who once used their imaginations were now more likely to sit in front of a screen, with a menu of choices someone else had designed. “The issue is that information isn’t knowledge. Of course you can be bombarded with endless information, endless facts, but if you can’t make sense of them one fact is the same as any other fact,” she said.

Ancient Egyptian Electricity
It is a widespread belief in alternative science that our forefathers possessed a much greater technological knowledge than our schoolbook science is willing to accept. Many of those theories are lacking serious foundation and are often based on overdrawn speculations, like the Manna machine I discussed before. But the theory that electricity was known and used in antiquity seems to rest on a much more stable foundation.
The key to the whole theory lies a few hundred kilometers east of Egypt, in today’s Iraq. There some strange pots were found. Some contained watertight copper cylinders, glued into the opening with asphalt. In the middle of the cylinder was an iron rod, held in place also with asphalt. The excavator who found the first of these pots in 1936 was sure: this is a galvanic element, a primitive battery. Reconstructions did indeed show that it was possible to create electricity with it.
Another key element for the electro-thesis is actually something that is missing. It’s a riddle where schoolbook science is capitulating. Soot. In none of the many thousands of subterranean tombs and pyramid shafts was found a single trace of soot, as we are told by the authors of the electro-thesis, although many of these tombs are full of often colourful paintings. But the primitive light sources the Egyptians knew (candles, oil lamps etc.) are always leaving soot and are using oxygen. So how DID the Egyptians get their light? Some rationalists are arguing with mirrors, but the quality of the copper plates the Egyptians used as mirrors were not good enough for that.
Hathor-Temple in Dendera
In this temple in Dendera, several dozens of kilometers north of Luxor, some experts found the light. A Norwegian electrical engineer noticed that the object shown on the relief on top of this page coud work as a lamp. An Austrian colleague was able to construct a working model, and two well known authors in the AAS, Peter Krassa and Rainer Habeck, could even work out a real theory based on it.
What we see is without question a form of bulb, with two arms reaching into it near its thick end, and a sort of cable at the other end, from where a snake is leaping out to touch the arms on the other side. The whole ensemble really looks like a lamp. Read more
Summer Solstice
Regard this rare photograph of rain at Uluru, the home of the guiding spirit, Alcheringa. (Alcheringa has told Valerie that He is the oversighting spirit of this corner of our galaxy, and the Oversighting spirit of all indigenous peoples. As we all have genetic DNA from the star peoples – we all have a connection to Alcheringa and Uluru, where Alcheringa resides.) So in this newsletter, we take examine the Summer Solstice at Uluru, a significant place on Mother Earth for transformation to the 5th Dimension. All life-forms on Mother Earth will ascend to the 5th Dimension.
The Summer Solstice will occur at 8:32:08 at Uluru – Kata Juta National Park, South Australia. At this time, both the Sun and Moon will be positioned in direct relation to the Central Sun of our Universe, and in close degree conjunction with Saturn. In conjunction with the Sun and Moon are Venus and Mercury. Pluto – agent of total transformation, is also in this sign. Jupiter dominates the setting from Cancer where Jupiter is “doing good” (it is exalted), and Mars is in the first house. All these planets point to a time of significant transformation for all the life forms that live on Mother Earth.
The key planet to watch is Saturn, for Saturn is in degree conjunction with the Sun and Moon. When this happens, there is a “trigger” effect, for whenever any transiting planet hits the degree of another transiting planet (or a natal planet for that matter) that there will be an effect of some kind – like pulling a trigger, or flipping a switch. As Saturn is a planet of self-discipline, self-control, self-sacrifice, and is the giver of time, at this time of Summer Solstice, Saturn is guiding us toward a significant change of attitude to the outer world. Time is needed in the inner world, to consider what is important, what is evanescent and ephemeral, and what is of (both) internal value and monetary value to us. This solstice is a good time to turn inwards and reflect on what is of value to us personally, and what is unnecessary in our lives. Read more here.
