Valerie Barrow: We are calling upon Cosmic Sai Baba to come, introducing Andromeda Val, today is the 5th of March 2019 and the meeting is taking place at Moss Vale, N.S.W. Australia.

It is I, Cosmic Sai Baba and I am very pleased to be here, very pleased indeed. It is a special time and there is much change taking place upon this earth and I think all those that are listening to this message will agree and know just how difficult it is at this time. But if you stay positive and you are praying for calm, for peace, for every one to try to understand each other, things will move forward much easier than if you start to react to become negative and start to actually argue. This is not a good way to sort out anything, but I don’t need to say this to you, you know this already. With no more further ado it gives me great please to call upon Andromeda Val, who is waiting here now from the Galaxy Andromeda M31.

This is I, Andromeda Val and I am very pleased to be here this day. I do enjoy coming and I look forward to it every month. I know that I am welcomed and I welcome that every time I come, that you are ready to receive me and so there is nothing much more I can say today. I would like to say my welcome in my language if you will allow me that is:

I thank you, I thank you, I thank you. I had to slow things down a bit, because the frequencies are raising here upon your earth and I have already coming from Andromeda the frequencies are not quite mixing well and so I had to slow it down, my language was far too fast really, but if you forgive me, hopefully each one that you feel you can relate to or just enjoy from the sound. As I have said and Cosmic Sai Baba has said there is much change happening on your planet. So be aware, be aware.
Your earth planet is changing every day, every day of your year. But there is nothing to worry about, I can assure you, I come from your future, I have seen what can happen and what does happen and will happen. I just ask that you all stay in your heart with love and be positive about everything, try to be focussed on what you are doing and not allowing yourself to be distracted by anything and you will find that you will live each day more easily than if you allow yourself to be distracted.
I come also with a promise to answer any questions and I already have left a message that there will only one allowed today for we have a surprise for you, so what is the question if I may ask please?
Question: How will we resolve family violence?
Andromeda Val through Valerie Barrow:
That is a problem that is happening and that is part of the energies that are changing, they need to move on. They need to be released, this anger that rises within the human and causes violence against another in particular, in particular male perhaps that are stronger than females and it is like a mini-war, but it is not good. And so, there does need to be an understanding of raising consciousness and with that, that does not allow people to think or to allow anger to rise within them. So there is prayer needed. Understand that prayer is another way of connecting to your higher self. I put it that simply because you, as you are in an earth body, is a part of that. So you can call upon that aspect of yourself, your God-self, to assist you in your life here upon this planet earth because it is difficult here, the separation is much greater than where you come from and you will find if you asked for help it will be given. All you need do is ask for anger to be taken away there is always a Guardian Angel to look after you. It is sacred geometry that is true but it is part of you that is able to remove any anger within the self so all you need to do is ask from your Higher Self or your God-self or the I AM presence of who you are. ‘Please take that anger from me, I do not want to live with anger I want to be released from anger I want to react in Universal Love for everyone, I do not want to judge, because there are many things I know we do not readily understand as humans on this frequency of planet earth and so it is important that we just connect to our God-self and ask for assistance to deal with people, with loved ones, anyone that is around us, if we feel anger rising ask immediately for it to be taken away and replaced with Universal Love.
So I am hoping you can hear and understand what I am saying for there is another here today, that would like to speak to you and so I will leave for the moment with great love and look forward to our next meeting. This is Valerie speaking and I have the essence of Mother Mary with me she is saying that she also resides on Andromeda or Andromeeda as it is known, she, along with the family of Jesus also come from there, they come from other places but at the moment we are all centred at Andromeda and the Angelic Realms, I come with love in my heart. I feel for the people that suffer here upon your planet and I am sad. I am sad to see it, for there is no reason to be angry or to be sad or to react in a way that you have lost control, this is something that you need to think about to master, I say this with love, not with judgement. It is a need for all humans that have souls, and all do, upon your planet earth to overcome any anger, for when you are free of anger there is much more that you can do and achieve together, remember that, together. We love you, the family of Jesus loves you, do not feel that we existed so long ago and that we are not with you, we are, for there is no separation at all, past, present and future are all the same, it is just merely where you focus. So I ask you from my heart to pray, to ask us to help you, to release anger if you find it rising within you and this, my children is what you need to do, to be able to live in harmony and peace upon your planet earth. We embrace all religions, all thoughts that are good, that are for the good of all, all these ideas have come from us in the first place, as star people, I’d like you to understand that. You have the genes of the star people in your DNA. Without any effort at all it is merely a need to intend to raise your consciousness and become a master, a master of the Self, of all the DNA that you have inherited and that sometimes you allow to control you. Be free, you have the choice, it is up to you. I pray, that you all become masters.
