What is it about the cold days that brings so much more hustle and bustle? So much to do and so many places to go to, and we try and keep warm and keep the winter germs at bay. There is so much to share that we bring you an early newsletter for July; one and another astronomer mention the Sun has gone blank twice recently, and Cosmic Sai Baba chimed in, suggesting that not only was our Sun ringing the changes for all in our solar system, but also that there was much activity occuring in the Sun in the background!
Many years ago Oceangoing Team X found a circular rock-like formation on the floor of the northern Baltic Sea, and this has come into notice again; perhaps humanity has a great discovery about our past in store. We all know of the “Hole in the Ozone Layer” and how this has led to an increase of skin conditions, and to global warming; we bring you news of the reversal of the “hole in the Ozone Layer”, welcome as it is. We share beautiful visuals of the worlds longest carving, made from a single trunk, and some timely reflections on how you are not your illness. (Perhaps my husband John and I should attend, tsk, tsk) We take a look at a strange planet with three suns, join the BBC as they examine the meal Leonardo Da Vinci placed on Jesus’ table, and look more deeply into the esoteric 4th/5th Dimensional Battle of Britain, money in banks and the role of Brexit in the 4D/5D Europe and the rest of our planet, and its spiritual significance.
The Sun has gone “blank” !?!?
YOU may not have noticed but our sun has gone as blank as a cue ball. As in, it’s lost its spots. According to scientists, this unsettling phenomenon is a sign we are heading for a mini ice age. Meteorologist and renowned sun-watcher Paul Dorian raised the alarm in his latest report, which has sparked a mild panic about an impending Game of Thrones-style winter not seen since the 17th century.
“For the second time this month, the sun has gone completely blank,” Mr Dorian says. “The blank sun is a sign that the next solar minimum is approaching and there will be an increasing number of spotless days over the next few years. “At first, the blankness will stretch for just a few days at a time, then it’ll continue for weeks at a time, and finally it should last for months at a time when the sunspot cycle reaches its nadir. The next solar minimum phase is expected to take place around 2019 or 2020.”

Cosmic Sai Baba spoke about the Sun and Core of Suns …
In the July Transmission, Cosmic Sai Baba addressed many issues including the Third Eye, Imagination, Sleep and Intuition. These are all elements of Ascension to the higher dimensions and we all have these faculties, but some are unaware of this. Cosmic Sai Baba went on to talk about the Sun, and the Universal Sun.
Your Sun is showing that there seems to be no activity there – or it seems to be that there is no activity there (but there is, actually). The actual Sun of your solar system is linked with other Suns, and those Suns form a core, that go back to the Source of All Creation.
You have been talking about The Source of All Creation, and that it is coming from a very large black hole that exists in the centre of your Milky Way.
And I would like to confirm that, YES, this is the Source of the creation of your Universe.

The Baltic Sea Anomaly
The Baltic Sea anomaly is a 60-metre (200 ft) diameter circular rock-like formation on the floor of the northern Baltic Sea, at the center of the Bothnian Sea, discovered by Peter Lindberg, Dennis Åsberg and their Swedish “Ocean X” diving team in June 2011. The team reported that the formation rests on a pillar and includes a structure similar in appearance to a staircase, leading to a dark hole. Commentators have suggested that the structure could be a World War II anti-submarine device, a battleship gun turret, sediment dropped by a fishing trawler, or a flying saucer. Geologists have stated that it is most likely a natural geological formation.
Discovery
The discovery was made on June 19, 2011 by the Swedish-based “Ocean X Team” during a dive in the Baltic Sea between Sweden and Finland while searching for an old shipwreck. The group describes themselves as treasure hunters and salvage operators who specialise in underwater searches for sunken “antique high-end alcoholic beverages and historic artefacts”. In March 2012, Ocean X formalised a partnership with entertainment producers Titan TV to produce a TV documentary series and documentary film. According to Ocean X, the formation has an appearance of “rough granite”, is round, 3 to 4 metres (9.8 to 13.1 ft) thick and approximately 60 metres (200 ft) in diameter, stands on an 8-meter (26 ft) tall pillar-like feature, and is located at a depth of 85 to 90 metres (279 to 295 ft). There is also another smaller object not far away. The object is at the end of what resembles a 300-metre (980 ft) “runway”. The Ocean X team has published one additional close-up sonar scan on their Web site and nine additional close-up sonar scans on their YouTube page that appear to show a 90-degree angle and other features of the object. On their second expedition, they reported that they found something that looks like a staircase and a round black hole that goes directly into the structure.

Hole in the ozone layer is finally ‘healing’
The ozone hole over Antarctica is finally “healing” almost 30 years after the world banned the chemicals responsible for its creation, researchers say. The ozone hole fluctuates from year to year due to natural factors. Last year volcanic eruptions increased the hole to its largest size ever. But now there is evidence it is finally on a downward trend. This is 30 years after the decision to ban the chemicals that created it.
According to the latest measurements, the ozone hole above the Antarctic is now smaller than it was around the year 2000, by about 4 million square kilometres. However, renowned ozone hole expert Professor Susan Solomon, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said the hole still averages about 17 million square kilometres in size.
“It isn’t completely healed, but it’s better than the 21 million we had around 2000,” she said. “It’s a long road to a full recovery, but it’s on the mend now.”
The surprise finding comes just a year after scientists reported the ozone hole was the biggest it had ever been. However, Professor Solomon and colleagues have pinpointed the growth in the hole in 2015 to the eruption of the Calbuco volcano in Chile, which increased particles in the Antarctic stratosphere.
“The reason we have an ozone hole is because Antarctica is so cold that clouds form in the Antarctic stratosphere, and chlorine can react on the surfaces of those cloud particles,” Professor Solomon said. “Volcanic particles are one thing that can serve as the ‘seed corn’ for those clouds, so a volcanic eruption will increase the clouds, and slow down the healing.”

Along the River during the Qingming Festival
Along the River During the Qingming Festival is a painting by the Song dynasty artist Zhang Zeduan (1085-1145). It captures the daily life of people and the landscape of the capital, Bianjing, today’s Kaifeng, from the Northern Song period. The theme is often said to celebrate the festive spirit and worldly commotion at the Qingming Festival, rather than the holiday’s ceremonial aspects, such as tomb sweeping and prayers. Successive scenes reveal the lifestyle of all levels of the society from rich to poor as well as different economic activities in rural areas and the city, and offer glimpses of period clothing and architecture. The painting is considered to be the most renowned work among all Chinese paintings,[3][4][5] and it has been called “China’s Mona Lisa.” You can scroll down this page to see the ancient painting in all its glory.
This is the World’s Longest Wood Carving. It was Made from a Single Tree Trunk
November 14, 2013 marked the ninth annual Guinness World Records Day, where people around the globe attempt to break world records. Unveiled that day at the Palace Museum in Beijing was an astonishing wooden sculpture by Chinese artist Zheng Chunhui. The wooden carving took four years to complete. The sculpture, carved from a single tree trunk, measures 12.286 meters long, 3.075 meters high and 2.401 meters wide (40.308 x 10.088 x 7.877 ft).
The sculpture is based on the famous scroll painting Along the River During the Qingming Festival (c 1085-1145), which captures the daily life of people and the landscape of the capital, Bianjing (today Kaifeng). The original painting is one of the most renowned work among all Chinese paintings and has even been called, ‘China’s Mona Lisa’ for its recognizability. Zheng’s intricate sculpture features boats, bridges, buildings and over 550 individually carved people. The Palace Museum where the sculpture was unveiled is also home to the original scroll painting.

You Are Not Your Illness: Do Not Become Your Aches and Pains
Dr Mario Martinez will be giving an Introduction to The Mind Body Code for Wellness and Freedom from Self-Entrapments in Australia shortly. Dr Martinez proposes there are three main components that determine the difference between empowerment and helplessness consciousness during adversity: Especially important when dealing with the challenges of an illness.
Identification: To identify with a negative condition makes you the condition. This does not mean denial of an illness. Instead, it’s recognition that you are more than what is not working well in your mindbody.
Attribution: The cause that you give your mindbody reactions will have a corresponding mindbody effect. When you do not identify with your illness, you can separate negative symptoms associated with your illness from other symptoms unrelated to your illness.
Outlook: Begin to see your illness as a transitional state that can be improved or cured by coauthoring wellness consciousness with your healthcare professionals. This does not mean to create false hope with illnesses that have no known cure. Instead, it is recognition that all illnesses will eventually have a cure. There are many illnesses that were terminal fifty years ago. While you wait for the cure, there’s much you can do with the integrative wisdom of health professions and mindbody science. To live without hope is to limit the power to heal that your mindbody has learned in the past 50,000 years as modern Homo sapiens.

The Prayer Registry
No, this is not a site with god-botherers. This is a site where deceased children come through with messages for this world, particularly their parents. The Prayer Registry came about when an American woman (sheriperl) was activating the dictation function on her computer and her deceased son came through in the results. This let to a journey of exploration, of selecting background music, and using an audio program by name Audacity to separate out the names of the children who come through this particular frequency. Sometimes they sound like robots – and it is here that Valerie has a lot to say.
I know it to be true. Spirit always say they are ‘borrowing my voice box’ and sometimes I have had them speak through me sounding just like ‘a robot’ – usually they are elementals but I have had others speak through me sounding like a robot or speaking quite fast. Sometimes it has been totally unexpected – but the right situation – and I haven’t been able to record the message. I have an agreement with Cosmic Sai Baba who holds the door opening to my voice box and the ‘other worlds’ and that they can come whenever they need to. (There is always a quick request first through Cosmic Sai Baba.!) love Valli. In other words they do ‘jump in’ but always ask first. It’s like someone walking up to you door and knocking and when you answer – you invite them in. (knowing they have come with a message).
We return to sheriperl, who has written about uncertainty: If there’s one thing I know, it is that each of us needs to befriend ourselves. Physical life will undoubtably be laden with both the “good” and the “bad,” the ups and the downs, the coming together and the falling apart of things. You may think that through studying spiritualism that you’ve got one up on life, but in actuality, none of us knows what tomorrow will bring and it has the potential to bring us to our knees. BREXIT – The 4th/5th Dimensional Battle of Britain
Many look to the mundane events and think in a mundane manner. It is better not to watch the news nor read the print or multimedia news if one does not wish to be caught up in hysteria. Mass energy movements are difficult to resist unless one is centred in their soul path, their soul contract. One might look to the mass energies flowing when Manchester United play their football match for example, and discover how difficult it is to resist getting caught up in this. The result of the voting in Great Britain in respect of their membership of the European Union, has sent shock waves around your world. The people of Great Britain have exercised their personal individual power to bring in changes that will one day be looked upon as world changing events. They are at the centre of another ‘Battle of Britain’. From a 4th or 5th dimesional point of view, a certain clearing out of embedded energies is needed. It is true that Winston Churchill told, “What we need is a United States of Europe”, and this has come about, the disempowerment of nations from setting their destiny has arisen. We keep in mind that Sri Sathya Sai Baba repeatedly told, “Culture shapes the Society, Society shapes the mind”. In the sense that this is a changing of the ‘OLD GUARD’, which clarifies economic stability from the purposes of culture. Jalarm the Atlantean along with Sri Sathya Sai Baba have told that foundations of culture have to be pure. To this end, BREXIT is indeed a dimensional ‘Battle of Britain’ with a goal of enabling, clearing out, preparing the way for all who reside in Great Britain to ascend. And Ascension, Valerie has shared from the source, is very clearly about having the lines of communication open so that one may contact Source and receive its guidance in order to determine destiny and follow the Soul Contract.
This time of BREXIT has been planned for many, many years by “Upstairs” as we call it. And what is it all about, complying with the change in awareness, to meet the needs of a new dimension.

It has been foretold many times that our MONEY – BANKS – and misuse of handling money was going to be sorted out … Hip Hooray!! It has been in the news recently that the head of the IMF has appeared in court on charges of embezzlement. This is an example of one of the chaotic nodes – corporate greed and manipulation – being exposed and cleared out.
The Spiritual Significance of Brexit in the Great 5D Earth Shift
The ‘unthinkable’ happened in the UK when a majority voted against the EU ‘big brother’ state. No doubt there was a great complexity of reasons why the people decided to go that way, including fear, nationalism and small-self interest. But there were also many others who voted for greater personal sovereignty – rather than handing over their conscious choice to unelected bureaucrats in Brussels.
I observe the Planet has been influenced and controlled by an Interdimensional Intervention. One that has sought dominion of the earth through the hearts and minds of the people. This “raptor consciousness” of excessive consumption has been driving the biosphere into terminal decline. On the surface it is all neatly packaged and sanitised, so that we may think such institutionalised exploitation is ‘normal’ and ‘acceptable’. But for those who really care to look up from the mainstream media and witness the results, the facts, I believe, are stark-staringly obvious.
- Environmental catastrophe that will soon see the arctic without ice resulting in increasingly destructive global weather patterns
- CO2 emissions escalating through the 400 parts per million dangerous red line and the accelerating release of 50 Gigatonnes of permafrost methane, leading to perilous global warming

- Oceans that are acidifying at their fastest for 300 million years, which has always previously precipitated collapse of the global eco-system
- Between 100 and 200 entire species of creature going extinct daily
- 50% of the world’s wildlife gone in just the 200 years since the beginning of the industrial revolution and 50% of the earth’s trees.
- 65 million refugees worldwide and rapidly growing – the effect of the relentless scrabble to grab land and resources, sparking war and civil unrest.
I put it to you, the writing is very clearly on the wall for those moving beyond resistance or denial. World leadership in tackling these fundamental issues of existence has been woefully inadequate. If humanity does not willingly break down the global trading systems that are systematically raping Mother Earth, ultimately life will have to realign itself. It always does.

The BBC examines the meal Leonardo Da Vinci placed on Jesus’ table.
Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” captures the moment that Jesus Christ revealed that one of his friends would betray him, an act that ultimately led to his death. Every inch of this iconic Renaissance image has been studied by art historians and by conspiracy theorists who are interested in identifying the disciples seated around the table.
But there’s another question that some scholars have been investigating: What was on the menu? In a BBC Radio broadcast that aired on June 14, food writer Stefan Gates traveled to Milan’s Santa Maria delle Grazie monastery, where the image is located, to take a look at the meal that the Leonardo painted for Jesus and his disciples.
Pinin Brambilla, who led the team of experts that cleaned and repainted “The Last Supper” over a period of 20 years, believes the dishes on the table are fish. (Fish was also an important symbol of Jesus in early Christian iconography.)
The late John Varriano, a former professor of art at Mount Holyoke College, had a slightly different theory — one that reveals more about the society that Leonardo lived in than it does about the meal actually served in the Bible. After examining the plates of food laid out on the table, Varriano claimed the meal included grilled eels garnished with a citrus fruit, most likely sliced lemons or oranges.
“I thought, how interesting and how contemporary this is,” Varriano said in the broadcast. “Because there’s absolutely no justification in the Bible for having eel at the Last Supper. Eel is not kosher after all, and this is supposed to be a Passover.”
The Last Supper was actually a popular subject for many Renaissance artists. In other versions of the feast, artists have placed crayfish, roast pork and guinea pig on the table.

Scientists discover strange planet with three suns
Every now and then, we hear about a “new voice in the neighbourhood” and it turns out that the so-called new voice is the voice of youth. And the Dalai Lama – along with his friend Desmond Tutu – often spend time listening to youth. And this time, the Dalai Lama was with one of the well-known icons of youth, Lady Gaga, who frequently represents gender fluidity. Here, the Dalai Lama, Lady Gaga, and the billionaire business tycoon Philip Anschutz shared a stage on Sunday during a panel presentation for The United States Conference of Mayors in Indianapolis.
An international team of astronomers have announced the discovery of a strange planet in a faraway solar system that contains not just one sun, but three. The distant planet, named HD 131399Ab, appears even more unusual than the home planet of Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars saga, Tatooine, which orbited around two suns, according to the findings published in the US journal Science.
Such binary solar systems may be relatively common in the universe, but experts said those involving three stars or more were rare. “Imagine this: a planet where you’d either experience constant daylight or enjoy triple sunrises and sunsets each day, depending on the seasons, which happen to last longer than human lifetimes,” a statement from the University of Arizona, which led the astronomy team, read.
The planet is located about 340 light years from Earth in the constellation Centaurus. The cosmic body is believed to be relatively young, about 16 million years old, which makes it one of the youngest planets discovered outside our solar system to date. Its mass is believed to be four times that of the gas giant Jupiter – our solar system’s largest planet. It orbits the brightest of the three stars on a very long and wide path.

Alcheringa … when the first ancestors were created
This is the story of fifty thousand people coming from the Pleiades in a giant starship to found the human race on Earth.
