There is much misunderstanding about prophecies of End Times. The prophecies of the ‘end of times’ really signify a movement from the past – fear and wars over scarcity – to moving into balance and harmony. I believe all these white birds and animals are a credible sign.

A cemetery brings to mind death, but as I look at this photograph I remember the headstones standing lonely next to the sea on Norfolk Island. The sound of the sea perpetually rolling in; the sound of the birds calling seem to echo the voices of those that once lived here but now lay sleeping under the headstones.
Since my husband John and I (Valli as he affectionately calls me) have made our travels to sacred places and had insight about past lives we have shared together — he has agreed now to tell some of his “other stories“.
These I shall upload from time to time. Being from a man’s point of view and it not always being ‘spiritual’ he would say, but rather from a place he would describe as sitting on a fence. He loves to tell stories and in particular one he believes his Mission in Life is to make everybody laugh!
In writing his stories it will not do credit to his ability to break into a foreign language as he speaks or develop an accent or pose as in theatre. Two of our grandsons came to visit and began asking questions about the paranormal. Grandpa wanted to tell them our story of our visit to Cathar Country in South of France.

Arriving in England, the intrepid explorers of the paranormal set off to explore John’s memories: Army, Royal Fuselier, and Charles Dickens. Valerie Barrow is taking her husband John through his memories of being a Leonine, from Sirius. This race of star people (many humans have star people memories) were directed by the Angelic Realms to maintain order in the galaxies, in the different Universes. In this recall, John Barrow is describing the powers of the space vessel, and what they could do with asteroids and laser beams to wipe out unwanted races or remove beings from planets (if not an entire planet). Valerie is watching and questioning her husband John, who is in a theta state:
Valerie takes us to India for the conclusion to understanding the past life recall of her husband, John Barrow. Many people come back to life with fears, phobias and embodied memories of trauma and events experienced in their past lives. It is in India that Valerie experiences her husband’s embodied fear of snakes and is able to relate this back to the Leonine Warrior Himel being bitten by a snake in the vicinity of Lion Island, nearby Gosford. Himel the warrior is brought low by the snakebite and experiences emotion and fear for the first time. Such feelings were carried over into this life, as Valerie unfolds the narrative:

Some scientific researchers have written that the non-coding DNA in the human – often called “Junk DNA” may be of extra-terrestial origin. This suggests that humans may be the result of genetic engineering.
A group of researchers worked for 13 years at the Human Genome Project (Project completed in 2003) indicate that they made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.
Non-coding sequences, originally known as “junk DNA”, were discovered years ago, and their function remained a mystery. The overwhelming majority of Human DNA is “Off-world” in origin.
After comprehensive analysis with the assistance of other scientists, computer programmers, mathematicians, and other learned scholars, Professor Chang had wondered if the apparently “junk Human DNA” was created by some kind of “extraterrestrial programmer”.
Professor Chang further stipulates that “Our hypothesis is that a higher extraterrestrial life form was engaged in creating new life and planting it on various planets. Earth is just one of them.
Professor Chang further indicates that “What we see in our DNA is a program consisting of two versions, a big code and basic code.” Mr. Chang then affirms that the “First fact is, the complete ‘program’ was positively not written on Earth; that is now a verified fact. The second fact is, that genes by themselves are not enough to explain evolution; there must be something more in ‘the game’.”
“Soon or later”, Professor Chang says “we have to come to grips with the unbelievable notion that every life on Earth carries genetic code for his extraterrestrial cousin and that evolution is not what we think it is.”
Human Genome Project Discovery Implications associated with “Human-looking Extraterrestrials”
The implications of these scientific finds would reinforce claims by other scientists and observers of having contact with ‘off-world’ human looking extraterrestrials.
The ‘off-world’ human looking extraterrestrial have been claimed to have provided some of the genetic material for human evolution, and that many of these extraterrestrials have allowed some of their personnel to incarnate as ‘star seeds’ on Earth in human families. Human DNA is not all junk; some of it is extra-terrestial in origin…
Scientists have discovered that chanting OM and meditating daily for ten minutes actually changes your genes, and is good for your health.
Feeling run-down? Try a little chanting, or meditation – seriously. Such relaxation techniques can boost the activity of genes involved in several processes beneficial to health, and they only take a few minutes each day to show results.
Previous studies have reported changes to the brain while people practise these activities, but a new study shows for the first time that gene activity changes too. This could explain the reported beneficial effects of meditation, yoga and prayer.
“It’s not New Age nonsense,” says Herbert Benson of the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He and his colleagues analysed the gene profiles of 26 volunteers – none of whom regularly meditate – before teaching them a relaxation routine lasting 10 to 20 minutes. It included reciting words, breathing exercises and attempts to exclude everyday thought.

After eight weeks of performing the technique daily, the volunteers gene profile was analysed again. Clusters of important beneficial genes had become more active and harmful ones less so.
The boosted genes had three main beneficial effects: improving the efficiency of mitochondria, the powerhouse of cells; boosting insulin production, which improves control of blood sugar; and preventing the depletion of telomeres, caps on chromosomes that help to keep DNA stable and so prevent cells wearing out and ageing.
Clusters of genes that became less active were those governed by a master gene called NF-kappaB, which triggers chronic inflammation leading to diseases including high blood pressure, heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease and some cancers.
By taking blood immediately after before and after performing the technique on a single day, researchers also showed that the gene changes happened within minutes.
For comparison, the researchers also took samples from 26 volunteers who had practised relaxation techniques for at least three years. They had beneficial gene profiles even before performing their routines in the lab, suggesting that the techniques had resulted in long term changes to their genes.
“It seems fitting that you should see these responses after just 15 to 20 minutes just as, conversely, short periods of stress elevate stress hormones and other physiological effects that are harmful in the long term,” says Julie Brefczynski-Lewis of West Virginia University in Morgantown, who studies the physiological effects of meditation techniques. “I hope to see these results replicated by other groups.”
“We found that the more you do it, the more profound the genomic expression changes,” says Benson. He and his colleagues are now investigating how gene profiles are altered and whether these techniques could ease symptoms in people with high blood pressure, inflammatory bowel disease and multiple myeloma, a type of bone marrow cancer.
Benson stresses that the relaxation techniques should only be an adjunct to conventional medicine and surgery, not a replacement. Read the full article here
Our Sun is not a giant blueberry.
Since “Upstairs” arranges everything, nothing happens without coincidence. There are no coincidences in this world, so we present this image and the commentary by the astronomers as a hint of the energies – however imperceptible – being released by our Sun, which serves to open the gateways to the Fourth Dimension and higher dimensions.

Our Sun can be made to appear similar to the diminutive fruit, however, by imaging it in a specific color of extreme violet light called CaK that is emitted by the very slight abundance of ionized Calcium in the Sun’s atmosphere, and then false color-inverting the image.
This solar depiction is actually scientifically illuminating as a level of the Sun’s chromosphere appears quite prominent, showing a crackly textured surface, cool sunspots appearing distinctly bright, and surrounding hot active regions appearing distinctly dark.
The Sun is currently near the maximum activity level in its 11 year cycle, and has emitted powerful flares over the past week.
During times of high activity, streams of energetic particles from Sun may impact the Earth’s magnetosphere and set off spectacular auroras.

When these eruptions reach Earth, they can interfere with electronic systems in satellites and those on the ground.
Solar flares are powerful bursts of radiation. Harmful radiation from a flare cannot pass through Earth’s atmosphere to physically affect humans on the ground, however — when intense enough — they can disturb the atmosphere in the layer where GPS and communications signals travel. This disrupts the radio signals for as long as the flare is ongoing – the radio blackout associated with this flare has since subsided.

“X-class” denotes the most intense flares, while the number provides more information about its strength. An X2 is twice as intense as an X1, an X3 is three times as intense, etc.
This flare erupted from an active region just out of sight over the left side of the sun, a region that will soon rotate into view. This region has produced two smaller M-class flares as well.
On May 12, 2013, the sun emitted a significant solar flare, peaking at 10 p.m. EDT. This flare is classified as an X1.7, making it the first X-class flare of 2013. The flare was also associated with another solar phenomenon, called a coronal mass ejection (CME) that can send solar material out into space. This CME was not Earth-directed.
The May 12 flare was also associated with a coronal mass ejection, another solar phenomenon that can send billions of tons of solar particles into space, which can affect electronic systems in satellites and on the ground. Experimental NASA research models show that the CME left the sun at 745 miles per second and is not Earth-directed, however its flank may pass by the STEREO-B and Spitzer spacecraft, and their mission operators have been notified. If warranted, operators can put spacecraft into safe mode to protect the instruments from solar material. There is some particle radiation associated with this event, which is what can concern operators of interplanetary spacecraft since the particles can trip computer electronics on board.
