Radio astronomers have revealed the first picture of a giant black hole at the centre of our galaxy. Known as Sagittarius A* or Sgr A*, it sits about 27,000 light-years from the Sun and is around 6.5 billion times more massive than the Sun. Sometimes our purpose on Earth – our soul contract – is to live with another (the one I am married to!!!) and to go through the release (or clearing) of what was experienced in past lifetimes together. Or past lifetimes when we inflicted an action upon someone – or was the one receiving the infliction. These stories are prompted by “Upstairs” … for me to share, for you to read: for this is a time when we may seek release for ourselves. The Earth and all its denizens have progressed well into the 5th Dimension and the healing of the Earth, the healing of ourselves. It is as if we are standing at a precipice – and looking to the far side, where there is peace, harmony and co-operation. When we look behind us, we see conflict, suffering, dark emotions and anger. This time, this moment of now, we all have the opportunity to ask and you shall receive: receive release from the past.

I have been asked to write of my experiences as it happened in that I am advised it could help people – as a reminder of self healing – explained in my message of 1.4.2022 when John and I were unexpectedly taken together by ambulance to our local Bowral Public Hospital.
Long ago, Sanat Kumara chose to undertake a volunteer exile from his home planet Venus to offer assistance to the people of earth who had reached a low point in their spiritual evolution. They had fallen to the level of cavemen and lost contact with God. Earth was at the point of being dissolved because there was no one who was keeping the spark of higher consciousness alive. ‘Upstairs’ has asked me to note all the experiences I have had in releasing energy that no longer serves me in my Earth Body. I was in hospital – after I collapsed and not able to move. I was taken by Ambulance with a suspected heart attack; John had to come in the same ambulance because he can no long look after himself. Now, I take you through the experiences and understandings that have come as I have progressed through the layers of consciousness in – and out of hospital. Away from my husband John, which makes me sad.
The integration of physical body and light body sans incumbrances and similar obstacles has created a much clearer layer of consciousness for Valérie. Given the recent coronal mass ejections from the Sun, the planetary war in zodiac and the crossing from water to fire by several planets, this has produced a situation where it is not possible for Valérie to give a transmission this month. The interference in our solar system is too strong. Now is a time to take up your personal spiritual discipline for this time is similar to the “wall of darkness” that the Earth passed through some years ago. A transmission may be possible after 14 April, but not at this time.
